It was an oasis in the middle of nowhere, the free pottery was fun, pool area and spa were good too. The food was tasty with lots of choice, and the staff continually checked that everything was ok with us. The staff were very attentive, a little more so than we are used to! Everything is X rayed on entry and cars checked, so it felt safe when we were inside the complex.

The location is around an hour (by car) from Delhi, and not really walking distance to public transport. You are not allowed food from outside so have to pay the restaurant prices, although there didn’t seem anywhere close by to eat anyway other than a mall that was 15 mins away by car.

My stay at TAJ was absolutely delightful, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail. Chef Sarfaraz's culinary creations were nothing short of extraordinary; each dish was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation, showcasing his expertise and passion for cooking. From the exquisite breakfast spread to the delectable dinners, every meal was a culinary journey that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Housekeeper Bhupinder's talent in towel art was a delightful surprise. Coming back to my room each day to find intricately folded towels shaped into charming animals and decorative designs added a personal touch that truly made me feel welcomed and pampered. The overall experience at TAJ was unforgettable, thanks to the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to indulge in luxury, exceptional dining, and genuine hospitality.

Porters, waiters and in general all team; they were amazing nice with us always.

Furniture is old and not in good conditions they should invest on this so we stayed 5 years ago and it was same situation. Breakfast options are exactly the same always during the labor days, and quality of the sweet products, croissants.. should be improved. For menu, perhaps they can offer day specials to be able to change so it is fixed too.

Check-in Checkout experience was quite good Staff is wonderful and courteous!! Room are spacious and the balconies were beautiful. Ambience of the hotel is very nice. The bathroom and the Tubs - pretty good!

IRD, Buffet - food and beverages were not even average. Portion sizes are mostly too small. Cost is typical of any five star.

Your demagnetised room keys that had to be changed twice, it's been the same system since I went to VIVANTA President 10 years ago I'm Collaba,Mumbai who had the same problem. Surely that's time enough to figure out you need a better solution

I loved the room and its view. I enjoyed the food and amenities at the hotel. The overall decor was great. I enjoyed the cake they had provided me as per my request. Truly enjoyed the stay.

There were limited options for breakfast and dinner as compared to other 5-star hotels. I was expecting the buffet to be lavish but didnt get the same. The food was blant at times too. we had to spice it up for ourselves.

We felt element of deceit on all occasions while requesting a taxi or car at the travel counter I had never thought I have to bargain and negotiate a price with the Vivianta Taj representatives at the travel counter First day transportation cost for 4 hours quoted at inr 2400 which was finally negotiated down to 1500 and next day 24 hour car rental was down to 7000k from 15000 listed price Still I am not sure if I paid the right price and how this is possible I had requested the car at least 12 hours in Advance and when ready I was told car was not available and they will try to get me another car Fear of meeting a Delhi Thug had become real

I was having stomach upset on the first day, one of the manager was very helpful and he reached out to me, went in the kitchen n got something prepared for my upset stomach.. this is very nice n totally surprised with this !

The service in the hotel overall was very respectful and efficient. Your staff does a very good job making the guest experience pleasurable and stress free. Especially the cleaning. On the 10th floor we were always helped and assisted by Sanjay Thakur. He was helpful, nice, and efficient with cleaning and anything we needed everyday for our 4 rooms (1054, 1056, 1060, 1059). He always provided extra toiletries even before we knew we needed them. That is the type of above and beyond customer service that elevates the guest experience. I would like to thank him and thank you all for our stay.

The water in 1054 is not very hot.

The staff were good and helpful, the services was fine, and overall the stay was comfortable.

The selection of the food varies from day to day, at times its sumptuous and next day a bit limited. Effort should be made for those who are staying for more than one day should not feel the difference both for breakfast and dinner.
