The pool and the rooms were a good layout. I liked the window seat. Glass bottled water that was refilled was excellent. Pillows and bed were comfy. You can purchase take away alcohol from the alcohol shop between 12-8pm Great little food court outside eateries close by called Maple 99 country. Best cheesecake I have had and real coffee.

Would prefer nothing in the mini bar. The restaurant didn't have any vegan options, no alternative milks. Restaurant was really pricey. Coffee, tea and juice at restaurant terrible very watery. Eat at outside food court Maple 99. A little walk down the road. Nothing open early for breakfast, but the punjab thali from first eatery was delicious.

The Staff is really good & cleaned the room on regular basis Used to keep the towel, toiletries & water bottles on daily basis without a miss

No Mercy shown by the hotel/booking.com and had to pay extra charges for the stay additional person in the room. However, it was a doubled bed that I booked. I wanted to cancel the booking the day i booked it. This hotel's policies are not good. Breakfast : you have a lot of options in breakfast but the quality not good. For e.g Fruits, Juices Double bed: too small for 2 persons Staff the reception not courteous, helpful. The didn't bother to ask for luggage transfer to our rooms and we carried it ourself. Not at all worth the price.

All the staff was very polite and helpful. Manager-Mr. Sayantan, Restaurant staff, catering staff and yes the maintenance staff, every one was very good.

What you can improve is a bit of food taste. I am not saying that the food was bad but yes by addition some more chefs with different other speciality will help a lot. Also, the staff at the entrance was looking bit confused because in morning my car came to pick me up bt the staff there asked him to go somewhere, I don’t what happened, and n new car came in the gate for some other guests and when I told them that this was for me then these people woke up and said sir this was for you. If some car is to the hotel gate then obviously that would be for a guest. So this was bit awkward.

the location was very far from the city ad from such essntials such a s a phramarcy for medical emergencies

the fact that taxes are not ncluded on the advertised prices. this makes it seem like the hotel gives value fo rmoney yet it is expensive to stay there. would appreciate it if the hotel advertises actual prices so that customers know what they are getting into.

I had a 2-week stay related to business and the staff were so helpful and friendly that they made me feel at home. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the food was excellent. Besides that, the amenities of the hotel are very varied and well equipped. The location has a easy access to both Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.

The surroundings are still full of building sites and it's difficult to walk and get entertainment or food outside of the hotel, but this is natural as the financial and technical hub where the hotel is located is still under development. I am looking forward to going back in a year and see the place, I am sure it will look great.

Staff should be better trained to take care of full hotel guests - some lose track what they are serving. Good food but told to make less or 0 spicy still food comes up hot

Good comfortable stay. Staff was very especially friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, especially if your work in the same business district. Good food & restaurant options within the hotel itself.

All great except that the rooms are slightly compact and have no dedicated area to keep/open suitcase. Also, the staff asked me to pay for all meals right away rather than letting me charge to the room.

Ambience was excellent with very caring staff. Our stay was made very comfortable by their keen attention to details. Ms. Aditi at front office was very pleasant and helpful.

The so called third bed.....sofa cum bed for the third guest was in great need for repair. Highly uncomfortable and the springs were jutting out and hurting. My friend had a hard time sleeping at night.

The location is at the center of GIFT city. Great place for a morning walk. Superb surrounding. Delicious breakfast.

The approach of reception staff was ordinary. Meal is expensive. No restaurant nearby.
