Good breakfast and nice support by Restaurant staff Anand & his boss
Hot water supply in bathroom & wash basin to be improved to get quickly - by installing a instant water heater on the room water line then followed by regular main water heater flow will save lot of water - we have to wait for long time and lot of cold water was wasted - which can be avoided - water is very important resource for us.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the room with its stunning mountain view. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring daily room cleaning. The dining experience at the hotel's Cilantro restaurant was outstanding, with the food being truly exceptional.

Property was good, and food was particularly good. Must compliment them to serve freshly cooked food eventhough there are very few guests because of elections.
Staff was less, but given the elections it is acceptable.

Everything was good! Good location (easy and cheap connectivity to town centre), helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet choice, clean rooms/toilets/furnishings, pretty decent in-house restaurant.
