Bigger room, comfortable bed. Warm welcome & had an overall satisfactory stay.

Felt a need to replace linens as looks already overuse.. Extra pillows with stains must not be kept in the cabinet. More attention and flexibility to special request. The water clogs in the entrance of the hotel esp during heavy rains and stays there for couple of days, it is difficult to pass through by foot.

Clean. Spacious room. Nice breakfast spread.

Only Veg option . One floor manager was literally forcing guest to open Google and post favourable review by asking for their mobiles . Very much unprofessional. Most likely his name is Ravi .

I think you need to correct the narration on your notice board. The negative word has been used twice and hence gives exactly opposite meaning to what you intended. See picture attached.

Big rooms, lavish breakfast and dinner buffet, Courtous restaurant staff.

The staff at reception were insensitive and need grooming. I reached early (around 10:30) and even the rooms were available they didn't allocate me and demanded extra money for early check in. I felt it was unnecessary for a star rated hotel.

Everything was perfect but service was little poor this time.

The staff who check for fridge stuff are so lazy that i called them to replace beer bottle as fridge was not in working condition. They replaced it after 2 hr and that too with same normal temp beer. Never expect the service like this.

Break fast and Room is good. I didnt take Dinner there. After staying 6 nights in the hotel, i didnt get any complementary (ex: Spa, Dinner, Wine, beer etc.,)

I didnt like the front desk response.

The stay was amazing I really love the place they provide amazing breakfast with so many options we go there often.

Hotels have increased their food pricing too much it's not reasonable we ordered veg pakodas for rs 890 and got only ,8 pcs i feel food is over priced

I am pure vegetarian person and this was exactly was looking for. even few items were no onion no garlic so it was a cherry on cake for me. Staff was supportive. Dinner was at good price for buffet. many many varieties were available to select from, overall very good experience. would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I do not find anything to write for negative review as I was there for one night only.

1. Rooms are clean 2. Breakfast is best in town 3. Hygiene standards are amazing 4. Great staff, specially on front desk - Mr. Lalit.

Everything is great but if I really need to pick things then they can improve upon their Gym and have some indoor swimming facilities.

At the time of the check, the manager wanted to change the dollar at a low price, saying that you should pay all the money first. (1$ =75 rupee)
