Most of my experience with the hotel was Good. The buffet breakfast was extremely good. The location of the hotel is ideal. Clean rooms and clean washrooms. Water bottles in the right size in the rooms is worth a mention

The AC in the rooms are set to too low temperatures and it takes long to warm up. The automatic cut off of electric supply in the room doesn't work. The lights and other devices are still on long after the key is removed. So not sustainable and planet friendly. The service in the coffee shop on the ground floor is terrible in the afternoons. I requested a tea which never came!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Greater Noida! The property was huge, classy and professional, with neat and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast buffet was awesome too! Special mention for Nisha at the front office - she was extremely helpful from booking to check-in, facilitated an early check-in without extra charges and had a warm smile throughout. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here many times. Its a nice place and well maintained. Helpful front desk. Room is clean and comfortable. Nisha at front desk is helpful and professional. She is responsive and carries a smile.

Restaurant may need more staff. Bfast taste needs improvement. Room service is prompt but needs enhancement in the final finish of the item.

The reception staff was courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were small, they were well laid out and all the amenities were provided.

We had a minor issue with the bathroom. Water from the shower cubicle trickled over the other side, filling the whole washroom. We had to call housekeeping and they swiped the room dry.

It was a wonderful stay.The cleanliness ,hospitality,food everything was 10/10.Ms Nisha is very soft spoken as well as very professional in her dealings.I would highly recommend for stay in this hotel

The stay was very good. You experience friendly staffs not very often. They treat you well. Especially at the reception- Nisha’s hospitality was really good. She helped me out by considering the situation. And talked well.
