I literally hate the property. This property was full of Lutyens who has extracted 3 of the money mentioned at the time of booking on the book page. Your website has shown different prices but when i have reached the property they refused to admit until I give them 3 times the price. So i believe that booking.com in line with the hotel or property owners is doing some scam. And i strongly condemned this kind of action performed by the hotel or property owners.

I didn't like anything about this hotel as well services of booking.com they both are playing games, i booked hotel from this site in just 459rs. But the hotel staff ask for 1200rs./day charges, i called customer care she can't help me out saying room charges is 1200 there is some technical glitch in website, i have to paid 1200 because it's 12:30 AM, AND i m not in the position to search for another room.. really pathetic scenario i have ever faced in my life... Don't book hotels from this website, it's not thrustworthy at all...

Nothing as such

It was a very poor experience. They charged extra 1000 rs apart from the booking amount. Even on extra price, the room and it's accessories was not cleaned, basic things like ac, tv, lock were not working properly. They haven't provided even towel as well. Manager behaviour was rude. For your every need you need to ask them number of times to make it done. Above all mosquito's made your sleep hell. Overall it was poor experience

The behaviour of the staff was too arrogant. Ac was not working washrooms were not clean even they the handjet was also not working and they took extra money for checkin and when we said that we want to change our room cz ac is not working they said ye to ase hi chlega hmare ps room nhi h aur jana h checkout krlo hm pse nhi vps krenge and we said that we don't want it they said hm police bula lenge 😂hahahha Lol

what the hell is this. 67602 Cladis Hotel is showing on BOOKING.com, but even after booking from here.. and reaching the hotel.. Staff is denying by saying that they dont take any online bookings. Disgusting

He refused to provide room even after booking... Rude behaviour....

Very unhygienic,linens were smelling bad,substandard staff.
