Good and prompt staff, nice grandeur, excellent room facilities.

The food was suprisingly not good. Twice I was suprised by the way the dishes tasted - Mutton Roganjosh - they seem to have added ketchup to make it thick and it was just absolute waste. Kulcha had too much maida, oil and was really bad. For once - briyani that I ordered was excellent. Rest all, I would rate food below average. Another observation, the floor and room had a damp smell, maybe cause the property is very old.

The hotel is good value for money, rooms were very comfy and the hotel lobby and restaurants are fantastic, mostly the Kebab Factory.

The location isnt ideal as adds another 20 min due to traffic if you are travelling into any of the business centers in sourther noida, and the AC unfortunately just didnt work

Staff is extremely nice - but they need to be trained better.

FNB Manager needs to be better trained and train his staff better. Only few staff were well trained - others came to the room and left a sweaty smell - they need to have better hygeine.

Clean, secure location, staff friendly and good food in the Great Kabab Company restaurant (Veg Thali in the lounge was also great)

The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay - Booking.com didn’t list this information so that was disappointing

Staff was friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was good but could have been better.

The central air conditioning is outdated and needs to be replaced with new one. All night the temperature kept on changing even though the setting was not altered. One moment you feel cold and other moment you are dripping with sweat. Also remote for curtains was not working. After giving a command open/close you need to wait for an indefinite period to use again. Also TV had only few options for sports channel. What channel was being played in the lounge and restaurants was not available in the room.

1)Even though I reserved for 2 persons only one St of brush etc were provided. 2)At breakfast restaurant Aircon was so poor I was sweating. 3)While checking out at 12.40pm the staff was very curt in telling me to vacate immediately when I asked till 1pm for my car to arrive, just 20 mts. They even told me to come and wait in the lobby. While checking in, I came by only 9.30pm on 27th seven hours after my check in time of 2pm. What an irony? 😞

I was searching for a hotel in Noida as I was travelling on a last minute trip to India from London. The hotel is really nice and the staff are very helpful. I had booked the hotel for a shorter duration and not for the whole trip as I wanted to experience it first. I knew I would be eating most of my meals in the hotel and the food could be the dealbreaker. I found the hotel and its service to be excellent. The food was absolutely brilliant and was a key factor for me to extend my booking and decide to stay in th hotel for my entire duration of the trip. I would go back to the hotel anyday

As a single traveller I found everything as needed. I think the only area of improvement I have is to make the coffee shop a bit warmer when it is cold outside. It is one of the coldest winters in a few decades. I will however state, that once I took a seat, I never felt cold. (this will be the feedback for most hotels in India though).

Location wise if you are working in Noida around sector 62, this was in Sector 55 so easy to get to. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the gym was manageable for a short stay. The quality and the quantity of breakfast, both were phenomenal. So many options that are hard to pick with made-to-order dosas, omelets, waffles, pancakes, and chai.

None
