Our stay at Citadines was fantastic, hugely thanks to Shyamali and Oinam who took great care of us and ensured that all our wishes were duly taken into account. This hotel has a very nice gym and roof top pool, and extremely clean and well organized rooms. Breakfast and food were a highlight in general, and ALL the bar and restaurant personnel were super well trained, kind and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this stay to everyone who is looking for a peaceful, stylish and super comfortable stay. Price value performance is good.

While the location is calm, it is also a bit remote. You will need longer to monuments etc. in Old and New Delhi, especially given the crazy traffic in Delhi - but this is hardly the hotels fault ;)

Rooms are buf, comfortable and clean. Food is very good. Very nice options in breakfast buffet. Staff was very cordial. Microwave in the room was a plus as we could reheat our food. Good eating options nearby.

They had 2 lifts but only 1 was functional. So it was taking a lot of time going up and down. They dont have valet parking. You have to give the lugguage at ground floor, then park in the basement and then take the lift to reach the reception which is located on 14th floor. Although we didn't find it inconvenient, but some of you might.

For the price, the facilities were better than expected compared to some hotels where they put a false pictures and videos of your rooms and restaurants. Everything in this hotel was exactly the way it’s supposed to be and I will definitely be staying there again. Property is also new and still being developed around the site, but there are a lot of facilities to eat out within 4 to 5 km.

Shopping in the future will be accessible downstairs of the hotel, small mini multi type still under construction

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The Reception team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful—thank you for the great hospitality. The restaurant food was delicious, and Dharvendra, our waiter, was so kind and supportive with our child. A special thanks to Naresh Kumar from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and always greeting us with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm and comfortable stay!

Excellent property, easy check in / check out and really great rooms.

Property is really new and it's still in trial phase. The first room I checked into had a weird smell however staff was able to provide a replacement soon enough. Hotel needs mid level staff more as to help with the check out luggage they are still using guards.

Very comfortable stay , the food menu was good , the staffs were friendly , the breakfast spread was perfect

The location is little away from everything. Malls and eateries. Evenings are boring if one wants to have some entertainment and engagement after work.

It was awesome! Oinam, the receptionist, was so welcoming and helpful the whole time. Everyone was super nice and the service was great. Yeah, it's a bit outside the city, but taxis are easy, and you can get deliveries there.

The staff was very courteous, specially Oinam at the front desk. The house keeping staff was also very helpful, another good thing that I noticed that they had people with some physical disabilities in their team, which made me feel very good.

The property is so beautifully managed that you feel like you're at a perfect place... away from traffic and hum-drum of life, land still not far away from the city... ideally located and perfectly curated
