The staff assistance was top notch. Had some names in particular. Mahendra supervisor at the buffet breakfast, Mr Mac serving Tea, Elone at the desk. There were many more staff that were great, even the door staff at entrance. Rooms were good and clean.

Phone was not good in our room. The staff on other line couldn't hear us unless we put on loud speaker. The lounge on level 1 had outrageous prices. I was charged 800 for 2 small cans of coke. I can understand maybe 400 to 500 but 800 was too much, considering haldiram next door sells for like 60 ea.

A nice spacious room and a large bath. It was cleaned every day and I was not disturbed in the evenings. The gym was also fantastic and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic - with lots of options and the location on a high floor gives a perfect view whilst you have your breakfast.

Everything was as I wished, the only small thing is that I had access to the business lounge where I enjoyed a glass of wine however I needed a quote place to make some work calls and they would not let me take my wine into the service center - even though there was no one else there and it is right next to the lounge.

The room had stains and showed signs of ageing. Hyatt has a brand name, it should live to it and should maintain it's property. The lunch and dinner were essentially the same, they changed the chicken curry to fish curry and vice versa. Being Hyatt, they could be more creative. The staff had minimal knowledge on use of hyatt gift vouchers, which made our stay experience a little sour at the end.

Excellent breakfast vegetarian varieties was great

At arrival, staff wasn’t fair where I was standing on the queue after a long flight and somebody just barging and they saw me, but they still served the other people that was a bit of a issue but got on wait sorted. I would like to have a statement invoice to email to me for my stay.

Everything was good . The rooms were good sized and comfortable . The food was great , especially the breakfast.

The swimming Pool area requires to be renovated and services in this area to be improved. The game area was also not well equipped.

I really enjoyed the Ambience of the hotel in general. The night staffs were excellent and very accommodating. The help with everything, We had a flight cancelation and they immediately came to the recused. They made sure we could keep the same room. The both guys that work the from desk were awesome. The guys that wore the turbine on his head, I can't remember his name. He when above and beyond to help. He did not have a business card. I will definitely return.

The money exchange rate. At the time time rate of exchange was 79 rupees to a dollar and the hotel was only offering 72 rupees to a dollar. Other places were giving 78 rupees for the dollars. If anymore visiting I would suggest the get their money exchange somewhere else.

The place was well guarded and the staff was very polite and helpfull

I waited more than half an hour in my first day for my pancake and waffle and asked 3 times for them and still didn't got them. Didn't even bothered to go to breakfast after that.

Excellent food, very warm staff, especially the kitchen and dining area staff. The hardest part of travel is to keep the kids happy and well fed and Hyatt made sure the kids loved their stay. The Sous Chef Mr. Parihar especially came out to ask if the kids liked the food and needed anything else at breakfast, while Chef Hayat Singh got an excellent zero spice white sauce chicken dish made for the boys for dinner. Likewise the in-room dining service staff was more than happy to cut and serve the fruits we were carrying for our 2 year old boy. Overall, the stay was very pleasent and the infra; bars, lounges, rooms, room service and in-room dining were all great.

The poolside benches and kids play area could have benifitted from canopies and a little shade, so that the kids could actually use them! The kids play area, similarly, could maybe use artificial grass, as the sandstone pathways around the pools were difficult to step upon even at 6 in the evening, with the temperature at 38 degrees.

Large, clean and well appointed room. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to staying there again sometime in the future.
