Staff is the Best part of this property ! I saw few comments on internet regarding staff not polite & all… we had few apprehensions ! But, from the moment we entered the hotel , we saw the best possible smiles.. very courteous staff, welcoming faces and docile behaviour everywhere. Staff at restaurant ( especially a Lady chef Ms Muskaan & Ajoy Deva ( The steward) were prompt & extremely courteous. Being a hotelier myself , i must say the staff was thoroughly professional. The management has trained its staff well 👍🥂 Self wife & kids were happy to ne there & we are looking forward for a another stay in this beautiful property. They even have TT table next to swimming pool. Hotel location is very convenient to reach. Its next to very up-coming area of Gurgoan i.e opposite to Cyber Hub -2. Spacious rooms are another USP of the hotel. Very comfy beds & yes… prompt house keeping & F&B services 😀 Loved the every aspect of our stay ! Greets to whole staff

The Hotel building demands few renovation works on exteriors & lawn areas. Interiors are well maintained 👍 Pl do up the Main entry Gate & approach to hotel entrance. Whole aesthetic needs a deep look.

We had requested a hotel taxi in advance, but unlike what we have experienced with many other hotels, the driver was not waiting for us inside the airport. We had to call him, which took time and reduced the warmth of the initial welcome. In general, the hotel’s responsiveness to phone calls and coordination was quite weak, and this stood out as a major drawback.

Excellent service and a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded expectations—fresh, flavorful, and generous. Highly recommended!

The Wi-Fi service could be significantly improved. In this day and age, fast and reliable internet is considered a basic necessity, especially for travelers who rely on connectivity for work or communication. Being asked to pay extra for a premium connection was quite disappointing and did take away from the overall experience. We sincerely hope the management considers offering better, complimentary Wi-Fi to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The staff assistance was top notch. Had some names in particular. Mahendra supervisor at the buffet breakfast, Mr Mac serving Tea, Elone at the desk. There were many more staff that were great, even the door staff at entrance. Rooms were good and clean.

Phone was not good in our room. The staff on other line couldn't hear us unless we put on loud speaker. The lounge on level 1 had outrageous prices. I was charged 800 for 2 small cans of coke. I can understand maybe 400 to 500 but 800 was too much, considering haldiram next door sells for like 60 ea.

A nice spacious room and a large bath. It was cleaned every day and I was not disturbed in the evenings. The gym was also fantastic and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic - with lots of options and the location on a high floor gives a perfect view whilst you have your breakfast.

Everything was as I wished, the only small thing is that I had access to the business lounge where I enjoyed a glass of wine however I needed a quote place to make some work calls and they would not let me take my wine into the service center - even though there was no one else there and it is right next to the lounge.

Great service from staff at restaurant for breakfast and also staffs for room cleaning were amazing. Special recommendation to Kishan for room service.

The Spa.... Not professional at all... Booked for female terapist for 1 hour 30 mins. When i went I was told only male terrapist available. Massages was about 20 mins less and shower was not cleaned after previous client left.....

Very nice property loved the breakfast the restaurants- comfortable rooms with bathtubs … good service … for my sons bday they upgraded the room and did some decor and gave us a cake, made sure we felt special… outdoor play area and pool great … definitely recommend

Indoor play area needed for small kids especially as needed on rainy days.. otherwise overall a great place

Courteous staff. Very good spread of food. In the bathroom with the room, the hotel can provide a comb also for those who do not carry their comb. It would not cost much. I like the location because it was near to my work place which I had visit, I e., Manesar and Amity University Gurugram.

May provide a comb among the toiletries.

The room had stains and showed signs of ageing. Hyatt has a brand name, it should live to it and should maintain it's property. The lunch and dinner were essentially the same, they changed the chicken curry to fish curry and vice versa. Being Hyatt, they could be more creative. The staff had minimal knowledge on use of hyatt gift vouchers, which made our stay experience a little sour at the end.
