A Royal Escape Like No Other – ITC Grand Bharat! From the moment we entered ITC Grand Bharat, it felt like stepping into a dream — where royalty meets serenity. The grandeur of the property is breathtaking — sprawling greens, majestic architecture, and an aura of timeless luxury that instantly transports you far away from the chaos of city life. Our suite with the semi-private pool was elegant and indulgent, perfect for soaking in the calm. The pool itself opened up to lush views, and while it is semi-shared with a neighboring room, it was still peaceful and beautifully designed. Just a small point for those expecting total privacy — check with the team beforehand. The hospitality? Impeccable. Every staff member made us feel like we were the only guests at the property — attentive, courteous, and genuinely warm. The food was a gastronomic delight — from rich Indian flavors to global cuisines, every dish was art on a plate. What truly sets ITC Grand Bharat apart is the experience — it’s not just a stay, it’s a soulful retreat. Whether you’re sipping tea overlooking the Aravallis, unwinding at the spa, or simply strolling through the palace-like corridors, every moment feels curated with elegance. I usually see a bright Sunny venue for breakfast across hotels. But this breakfast venue was a brooding, less happy place. You should consider moving it to a brighter place. Check in process was long and tedious despite doing online Pre check in. The staff was in no hurry to move us to our suite. Pls be mindful of the guest mindset too. When asked about the occasion of travel, I told that it was my Husbands birthday, yet no enthusiasm was shown to at least offer wishes or to send a note to the room. This was a very different experience with hospitality.

I recently stayed at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurgaon from May 22nd to May 23rd, 2024, for a much-needed staycation. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the grandeur of the hotel was evident. The elegant facade and the beautifully decorated lobby set the tone for our luxurious stay. The check-in process was swift and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with modern decor and a breathtaking view of the semi-private pool. The service at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurgaon was outstanding. From the concierge who provided excellent dining recommendations to the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was spotless, every staff member was friendly and attentive. The dining options were superb. We enjoyed a delectable breakfast buffet in the morning with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also dined at the hotel's signature restaurant, where the gourmet cuisine and impeccable service made for an unforgettable evening. Overall, our stay at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurgaon exceeded all expectations. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and outstanding amenities made for a truly memorable staycation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional 5-star experience.

The room was well stocked and very comfortable and the experience, overall, was pleasant. ITC Grand Bharat promises slow luxury and our stay was just that - slow and unhurried, made comfortable by the courteous staff of Grand Bharat. Overall a very good stay. Enjoyed it and would love to visit again soon.

Not a lot to improve here to be honest. If I were to add a suggestion - maybe provide a short guided tour of the property as a feature if people wish to indulge with different view points.

The pinnacle of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the dining experience. Opting for the all-meals inclusive package, we were treated to a culinary journey like no other, thanks to the extraordinary talents of Chef Dipankar. His dedication to his craft was evident in every dish served, combining traditional flavors with innovative techniques to create unforgettable meals. What made the experience truly unique was Chef Dipankar's eagerness to introduce us to regional delicacies, many of which were unfamiliar to us, yet all were exceptionally delicious. His passion for food and commitment to providing guests with a bespoke dining experience was truly remarkable. Complementing the exquisite culinary offerings, the F&B service was equally impressive. A special mention must be made of Aarushi and Akash, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality significantly enhanced our dining experiences. Their ability to anticipate our needs and exceed our expectations at every turn played a pivotal role in making our stay memorable. The ITC Grand Bharat, with its luxurious offerings, exceptional service, and culinary excellence, stands out as a beacon of hospitality. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a unique and enriching stay to consider this magnificent property. It is not just a place to stay but a destination to experience the very best of what luxury hospitality has to offer.

Air conditioning in the Luxury Suites need to be looked into. It was cool but could have performed better

Everything was just amazing, be it property, hotel or food. Everything was on point, to the add-on the staff was very helpful. The chef served us amazing biryani and complementary dessert and drink as it was my husband’s birthday. As they decorated the room beautifully. Special thanks to Jaskaran, Rishika and the cutest guard Birmati ji who helped us with professional looking pictures.

The road conditions are pretty bad to reach the resort and also they should have more food options

The food and the establishment was remarkable. The resort had a great choice of menu, buffet or otherwise. Also, plenty of activities for either a solo traveller, couple and families as well. Ranging from indoor games, semi-private pools, gym, golf, etc.

There were technical glitches running all over the place; for the entirety of my stay, I was addressed as someone else, which was apparently a technical glitch and even after multiple reminders, it couldn't be fixed; secondly, the service was too slow, I ordered a golf cart, but I couldn't get one until after an hour; thirdly I repeatedly asked and called them to clear the bill, if any, at the villa itseld for almost three hours before I check out, since I had a medical condition and it wasn't until I got late and went to the reception to clear it out which was another delayed experience.

I went to celebrate a birthday and the staff took good care to make the occasion memorable and special. You can reach out to their front desk and state what you want and they are kind enough to help you with those requirements.

Nothing as such, everything was according to my expectations. The value for money isn't there though to be honest. But at the same time I can't think of any other place which offers such an "experience".

Staff was very helpful particularly Sahil was very courteous and friendly and showed us the property and explained about the facilities available for us. Room was decorated very nicely.

More options for Breakfast, better connectivity from highway as roads are bumpy closed to the property.

The property is a must visit for a getaway from the city life, especially if you live in and around Delhi or Gurgaon. The staff ensure that you have an amazing time at the property and make sure that every request is catered to. The property is spread out and if you are traveling with family and kids, there are plenty of activities to partake in too. We were also pleasantly surprised to know that the property is pet friendly :) And, the sustainable measures taken by the property makes us even happier to have chosen to stay at the property.
