The room was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, with just the right amount of dishes and enjoyed the pink guava. Location is excellent right opposite DLF properties and view of the metro. Will definitely like to stay again in future. Excellent marks for Vishal at front desk.

I paid around 6k with taxes for a decent sized room for a single person. It was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is still getting revamped. The next day the rates shot up! unbelievable eg: 11k when the rest of the floors are not operational , along with the swimming pool being devoid of water, and all facilities shut down at 10 am. You are not allowed to have guests in your room, and even if they are , they need to exit at 10 am. There are only 2 people available in the lobby as staff. The watchman at the door locks the hotel door and goes to sleep. So if you are coming back from a party late night, you will end up waiting for someone to open the door. In hospitality business you need to be open , and flexible. Please invest more in this hotel, so that customers have a better time.

The hotel is conveniently located near all amenities and public transport. Uber was available with i’m 5 min wait time. Abhishek was very accommodating and helpful

The hotel was clean, and the lobby is elegant. The staff were all super helpful and a special mention of Ashish from the front desk who went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

It would’ve been even better if the spa and pool were operational.

Room is good sized with facilities, location ideal, very good breakfast, team is service oriented, Lalitha at the restaurant very courteous!!

Nice and clean rooms

The buzz is missing in the reception area. Seemed understaffed there and the coffee shop was also not working so it felt like the hotel was completely unoccupied

Early morning packed breakfast, as we had to leave for the airport by 5:30am. Breakfast could have been better

Parking space to lobby walking area nobody was there to assist for the baggage and time took at the reception was more.

Anya is pure luxury! Deluxe Suite was spacious, and the Jacuzzi was a vibe. Ultimate Suite Celebrations package made me feel good. Can't wait to come back!
