Breakfast at Hotel Atithi was one of the highlights- lovely spread with lots of choices to suit most palates, including vegetarian Indian dishes like pav bhaji, chhole puri, upma, even a live masala dosa counter, alongside standard items like toast, cereal, eggs(done live as per your request, including omelettes), even chicken sausage. There were quite a few sweet items I did not try, but I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and freshly cut watermelon and pineapple. I had two other meals at the hotel's restaurant and then decided to host a family get-together there- the food was consistently good, and the waiter service was excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, but I must specially mention Ranjita at the front desk-supremely efficient, helpful and effectively dealing with all queries.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but had a view of a building site- another building right next to the hotel. Also, there was a faint unpleasant smell in both our rooms, which seemed to be emanating from some sewer line or septic tank. The helpful staff did try to get rid of it with room freshener, but with limited success.

Location, facilities, staff, breakfast

Everything was good, only one thing our rooms bathroom door latch was not closing, we asked them continuously during our stay but they did not take care of it. This little things make you excellent, i think it was a small issue and can be solved in one day but it never got resolved and at last night they changed our room.

Centrally located. Excellent service and amenities in well furnished rooms. Nice restaurant with a great buffet for breakfast. Good Indian, Chinese and Continental food options.

Spacious rooms have only twin beds. King bedrooms are less spacious. Thview from the rooms is not good.

The staff members are excellent. Very well trained, helpful, courteous with high ownership. The cleanliness was the priority. We found the experience very calming for us.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at a centrally located hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds. The service was impeccable, and they thoughtfully provided a packed breakfast for our early departure

The room is cozy and the bed is really nice. Breakfast was good as well Overall is all good, I definitely recommend this hotel .

Great location with easy access to shopping district and sightseeing. Friendly staff and clean rooms. They even packed a great breakfast for me.

The hotel staff are courtesous and helpful. Stay was good. The restaurant too have a variety of dishes.

The room in which we stayed, the cupboards was in the bathroom. The bed had loosened to give you a backache.

it was Amazing Hotel heart of the city Paltan bazar room was very clean and comfortable to stay Reciptionist one young married lady she was very clam and very good how to talk with guest she know her own professional and bell boy guys they are Awesome and breakfast fabulous I love it I will come to stay again soon ……
