No breakfast no cook

Food facility and staff behaviour is worse

Sorry to say nothing was there to be liked. All false promises no breakfast,no support n no facilities at all. Staff was so rude. Not helpful with the customers at all. As there were no facilities for having food we decided to have lunch there which was cooked very unhygienically n it can't be described in words.

Washroom had no facilities the taps were broken , bedsheets were torn n dirty. Blanket cover was torn. Nothing was provided in the washroom. When asked the provided very dirty n old used towels which was not in a good condition to be used by us. All the electric sockets were broken n this dangerous, TV wasn't working, AC wasn't working properly, curtains were very dirty as they were not washed for a long time. Even the rod which was used to hold curtain was broken. The latch of the window was broken so didn't feel safe. I won't suggest anyone to go there n waste money,spoil trip as well as mood.

Because when I reach the destination no one response... I am with family I face a lot of problems... As I mentioned on app about my check in time and That is confirmed but I reach the property no one response 🥺
