It was clean. Moisturizer, Hand Wash and Body Wash were provided. The breakfast menu was okay. For dinner, had ordered steam rice and it had a good quantity. Paresh Deka, a staff member of the hotel was swift to get the things done immediately.

Though we didn't need it but as per the description, toothpaste and toothbrush weren't provided and facewash too. Came and cleaned the room the next day but cups weren't replaced and water wasn't provided. Though the staff claimed they didn't clean the room, the plastics which we had brought to pack our shoes were gone. Had to instruct to clean the dustbins and toilet paper. Staff claimed that the key should have been left at the hotel and information given to reception for cleaning the rooms but no such information was provided to us and i don't believe that there's no extra key as the plastics definitely went missing. The room where I stayed, the door to the balcony could not be locked.

Excellent Location ! The property is well managed, the staff are always ready to provide exceptional room service with a smile on their faces . Special mention to Paresh Deka who always ensures that the special needs and comfort of his guests are met. The restaurant is worth mentioning as well, one can enjoy home style food at affordable rates!

The bedding needs attention for example the bedsheets, pillow covers etc. are quite old and have stains on them and look quite dirty even though it is provided from the laundry.

Room were large and clean. Staffs are polite.

At first person at reception try to trick us with standard room while we have booked Super deluxe and deluxe room, however when we pointed out they immediately made the correction. Also little bit concern with pantry as complementary breakfast has very limited options and also in dinner we order Kadahi paneer but they serve probably butter paneer or something else but not Kadahi paneer.

The property location, staff behaviour, food quality and range of breakfast offered, everything was too good. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here visiting this place. @Paresh's service was exceptional.

Nothing as such

The staff accommodated our request for early check-in (as the room was available) and also the request for an extra bed without any additional charges. The food on their menu was decently priced without any exorbitant charges. Finally, the staff were always responsive to accommodate requests like cab for airport.

The breakfast buffet could've been better as half the items served were cold (poha and bread pakoda) and Glucon-D was served in the guise of orange juice (the empty packet was lying beside the juice container). The overall ambience in the restaurant can be improved. As it is difficult to avail cabs over apps like Uber and Ola in Guwahati, the hotel can have the option of in-house cabs to airport, local sightseeing, etc. rather arranging outside cabs on request.

Cooperative staff and help desk. These guys weren’t hesitant for help at any given time. It was a homely stay. Also the food , amazing.

Its absolutely subjective, though the mattress’s fine according to hospitality norms but it didn’t work well for me. I could fee the mattress spring

The staff at this hotel are really helpful and courteous. They made our stay super comfortable. I want to specially call out a few people- The Chef Animul Talukdar was awesome - my husband and I are vegans and he was able to customise our coffee with coconut milk we bought and was able to guide us appropriately on menu items. Paresh, Sanjib and Arnab were all helpful and responsive to whatever was needed to cater to a large family!

The allotted room was very big with sufficient space to keep my belongings. Breakfast options were quite vast. Loved my stay here. Would definitely recommend you to give it a try. Thanks!

Staff were very courteous and helpful. They all made sure I had a pleasant stay and would proactively take my luggage away from ground floor to my room and viceversa without me asking and would make sure I was okay before they left without expecting anything in return. The staff at Reception were also pretty helpful when I had to borrow money to pay for a cab and had no issues for me to return it later in the day, also I got good suggestions in terms of Assam famous stuff like Bhoot Jholokias, eri, mugha silk, etc.. Thank you all at Arna Residency for your hospitality and for making it a wonderful stay.

The place is very spacious, and perfect for business stays. It's clean and easily accessible. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone!
