The breakfast was amazing, specially considering the fact that it was included in the room payment. The staff were amazing. So warm and welcoming. The location is literally perfect. It is close to almost every important location and the fact that it is located slightly inside maybe 300m or so from the busy area gives you a perfect place to rest away from the noisy area.

Honestly everything was great. We didn't use the wardrobe space so it was not an issue for us but it had a little bit of an odd smell. Maybe if that is properly cleaned, it would be good.

I appreciate the Receptionist, who assisted me during the check-in. I wasn't well and he made sure the check-in process was smooth. I forgot to note his name, but he was also accommodating and kind when I asked for extra water bottles in the room, it was as if he knew that due to a medical condition, I needed to consume more water. The very kind man at the reception ensured I got enough water by sending 2 bottles of 1 liter each, which sufficed the night (as I was on medications). Kudos to Trrebo Arna Residency . I truly truly appreciate your compassionate gestures. Thank You.

Almost everything, the quite location in the city makes it even better and with such warm hospitality by the staff, it was better and felt like a five star hotel

We were a group of 6 members from Arunachal Pradesh, comprising four adults and two kids. We had booked two rooms and stayed at Arna Residency for four nights. As per our personal experience, the hotel staff,right from reception, housekeeping to the restaurant, were very cordial and helpful. The hotel has a spacious parking area, and the location (Silpukhuri) is also perfect for commuting to other neighborhoods of Guwahati city. In a nutshell, it's a home away from home.

1. Room: The room at Treebo Trend Arna Residency in Guwahati was comfortable and well-appointed. The furnishings were modern, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The room amenities met my expectations, offering a pleasant stay. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The staff maintained a high standard of hygiene throughout the property, including the rooms and common areas. I felt reassured about the hotel's commitment to cleanliness, especially during these times. 3. Location: The hotel's location was convenient, situated in a central area of Guwahati. It made accessing local attractions and transportation hubs easy. The surrounding area felt safe, and there were shops and restaurants in close proximity, adding to the overall convenience. 4. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their professionalism and courtesy enhanced my overall experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff contributed positively to the stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my stay at Treebo Trend Arna Residency was enjoyable, thanks to the comfortable room, high cleanliness standards, convenient location, and the accommodating hotel staff. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was clean and the food was good. We had room service several times. Breakfast was perfectly adequate—homely/homestyle North Indian breakfast options—and tasty. Room was spacious. Electricity outlets worked. Wifi was free and slow but reliable. Staff was courteous and helpful. We stayed four nights at the end of April, 2024, and were perfectly comfortable.

In the room, a few minor things didn't work properly, like bedside lights. And the window looked out onto a pile of malwa—broken concrete, etc. Planting a few bushes or tress outside the window would be very nice.

Chef Amin Tadera is good in understanding his guest's requirements. He meets them to a great extend. my special appreciations for him. Not only as a chef, he mingles with staff & guests very well. He & other employees were an attraction in the bon fire on the Bihu festival. Paresh Deka took special care of us and made us to feel "At Home"

I requested for the bon fire on the 14th & 15th. It was not organised. Hotel if provides some entertainment activities in the evening, they can be relaxing for the guests and also allows mixing among guests (who wish so) and share their views & experiences. The parking area is large enough for such activities.

I noticed that the WiFi signal was weak and inconsistent in my room. Despite multiple attempts to connect, I was frustrated with the slow and unreliable internet service. This made it difficult to stay in touch with family and friends, and even basic online tasks became a tedious challenge.

The food quality is good and the reception Mr Sarfaraz Rahman is a very nice person and very helpful and humble person and all the staff is very good. Paresh Deka is a very good and nice person.

Every thing

The Staff was amiable and took care of the guests like family. On the day we arrived, it was Bihu festive and the staff arranged a campfire at the entrance and served us the festival sweets. The location is also great and has many shops and ATMs around.

Nothing that I can point out specifically, however, the breakfast can be improved a bit. The food gets cold as you might have to wait until the staff brings fresh hot breakfast items from the kitchen.
