The peace and location by the Ganges was best point. The open and free Golf course with activities was very nice. The rooms were well designed and spacious.

There was no key to Villa and everybody had access to Villa. So ultimately we felt we have booked and paid only rooms rathar than Villa. The Restraunt Menu was very limited and should have more options.Though staff service at Restraunt was very good. Room TV had limited channels.

It's right by the Ganga ghat ....felt absolutely blissful !

Aarti cud be grander , and Hi-tea cud have some more items , I found it lacking..

Best was the high tea by the pool side followed by Ganga aarti, which was pure bliss at sunset. Mesmerizing views. Calm and peaceful location away from city life. The staff was really courteous and helpful for everything.

The only recommendation is to expand the buffet menu, which is way too less for a 5 star property. Especially the dessert menu and variety of fruits needs to be improvised and a definite addition of cold coffee to the breakfast buffet. Missed the spa experience. I was hoping that this would be functional because when you opt for a resort to relax this becomes a must !

Food and room was good, nice ambience, well maintained.

The property is extremely remote, not good for travelers who wanted to go for sight seeing, commuting is very difficult, it take away your precious time, the hotel policy does not have any provision for your drivers, they don't allow parking inside, no place for washrooms, drivers have to drive min. 2 to 3 kms for having food, not driver friendly. Another issue since I have booked via booking.com they demanded 100% advance while checking in, this is not professional, lacks trust.

Amazing property right by the river and an excellent place to relax. Food and service are also noteworthy.

The access road is through a village and best traveled during daylight.

Neat and serene location. Well Maintained property. Polite staff. Tasty food. Gardens are well maintain. Property is located on the banks of river ganga so sunrise and sunsets are picturesque.

Property is outside the city so make sure you plan to reach before the sunset. It is tough to locate the place. Strange to find that no cars were available with the property which i think should be a part else it will be tough to find vehicles for sightseeing.

Excellent staff and food. Clean place. Facilities like pool, games, spa are there. Good wifi.

Too far away from city. So you can't go sightseeing unless you hire a car for the day. Road is not tarred. So the cars charge more.

Good atmosphere. Good food. Luxurious appearance. High quality toiletries. Walking on the lawns are always great. Good time spent in the pool and by the river.

Location was difficult to navigate. Helicopters will create a huge dust storm, terrace became very dirty. Restaurants did not take the food plates from lunch away until the next day from outside the room. There can be a better chair in front of the desk. Bidet by the western style toilet was extremely hard and tough for my mother to operate.

too far from town. small access road ( we had a tempo traveller) so it was just us on the cemented track. very small way in and out. Ganges was in a small trickle with muddy waters and a rocky outcrop.. don’t know if this is a permanent feature. on check in wasn’t informed about complimentary evening tea ( the front office managers first day, so it slipped his mind). breakfast and all the meals we had there were very good

Breakfast was good and room dining + restaurant experience was also nice. Swimming pool and evening tea was amazing Also, evening aarti near the Ganges added to overall experience

Smaller things like television was not working, some cobwebs were there on the room ceiling. No signages from the main road till we reach the property, google maps works but few signages can be helpful for first timers that they are on the right way.
