Overall stay was great and good property overall.

I had travelled from overseas and forgot my OCI however had my passport. I was with family and they all had their Indian IDs. I was denied check in despite I suggested that I will be able to send my OCI copy when I get home as home was 8hrs away from this property. Considering everyone had their IDs including myself, just because of OCI which I suggested that I will send a copy, and denying check in was unnecessary as it could have messed up the entire trip. Fortunately I found a scanned copy in my emails and was able to share it.

Excellent food, good size of room, comfortable bed, well apoined bathroom, clean and staff was very professional

The room though clean and well appointed was showing signs of ageing such as broken flooring and slightly run down furniture

Good food, many options in dinnig menu. Excelent breakfeast bufet including Continental food. Very good internet connection.

Noisy air condition. Despite the Room was cleaned every day, some imperfection as Extraneous tufts of hair and fluff mainly in bathroom. The toilet paper was not replenished for 2 days.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was very supportive. The location is great—peacefully situated away from the noisy city center. The food was delicious, with multiple options available for breakfast. There’s nothing negative to say. I just loved the place!

The location is a bit outside 15-20 mins drive the main destination-Haridwar. Breakfast was good The property is clean and well maintained

There could be more and clear signs for hotel parking as we ended up in mall parking when wrongly informed by entrance guards.

Great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got there early and before normal checkin time due to our train arriving early. The staff were friendly and helpful and explaind that the room was not ready yet. They gave us the room as soon as it was ready. In the mean time we were able to relax and freshen up. Staff also helped with taxis etc.

Propery is away from the main part of Haridwar but we did not mind that. It was nice and quite and very clean and comfortable.

i liked the way they restricted Smoking in the hotel , a fine of Rs 5000 for smokers. Thanks, this was really helpful, so atleast we can breathe clean air. Clean rooms

Perfect hotel, love to stay again. Staff are polite, Gym, Food was very tasty , seamless entry to rooms, fantastic & courteous staff. Only thing is that hotel is 14 Km away from city

I like behaviour of reception guy who helped me avail room, I like restaurent team who serve at the table , room service team who is just a call away

I dont like the way laundry people reply on my query, I simply asked in hindi " bhai mujhe kapde sukhwane h ,kya charge hai . He Replied "sukhana to free hai but apko pressing k charge dene honge". I told him that I dont want pressing ,just drier . he said u have to pay. I dont think this is cooperative behaviour

Very fast check in and out process.Rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient housekeeping service. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose. Dhruv and Dilwar were there to assist you to choosing the best to vet your apatite. Worth staying

Breakfast was ok but hats off the serving staff at the restaurant and all restaurant staff members very cooperative and friendly with smile on face always. graeat staff and very humble 10/10 for them
