Stayed at Holiday Inn from 11–19 July and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went the extra mile. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the laundry team handled even delicate dresses with great care. Reception was always friendly and helpful- Miss Priyanka was absolutely wonderful with her warm, thoughtful service A special shoutout to the F&B team. Missing out a lot of other deserving names because of space constraints. The people here make this hotel more than just a beautiful place to stay. Already looking forward to the next visit. Thanks

Good variety breakfast

Room service not good . I ordered nuggets for my son ..it came very late and was very salty with additional salt sprinkled on top..i called to complain and they did not change giving excuse that the Nuggets are like that. I asked for ketchup then so at least to balance the saltiness. Again another 20 minutes it took..i then manually cleaned each nuggets and removed the salt before my son could have it.

its was a quick , superb value for money. for me it was an excellent location. people shuttling between tamilnadu, bangalore and mysore. one of the best hotel to stay for singles or for family.

i dont have any negatives, it was very good stay for me. people try this place and you might value this place of hotel. it is in the service road, thats great plus.

Quiet environment, hospitality, gym (though gym could've been a bit bigger with size). Yet it is good. Restaurant is good.

Property Is very clean . Super cool ambiance. Housekeeping staff was really good at their work. Front office staff were very polite while check-in and out. So friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this property.

A little about the location/locality

We had an excellent stay.The food was delicious, bed was comfortable and also they had washing machine and dryer which was really helpfull.It was great to find firm and soft pillows.

Breakfast, Room, and service was excellent. Wifi worked, gym was well equipped. Overall a good stay. Security and room service was excellent.

There was a weird smell from the drain in the toilet and some water leakage from shower. Some food items could be improved, like the biryani.

Cleanliness, Staff and Comfort

The food was very spicy. I could hardly eat my dinner served in my room. The staff should have asked me my choice when I ordered as I was not expecting so spicy food.

Pls extend breakfast until 11am and room service until midnight atleast. When we are travelling on business or leisure, we may get late to reach hotel
