Good location, clean rooms, full of amenities, breakfast was excellent and Staff was very friendly. They upgraded room free of cost may be because they had a wedding event for other guests that night.

It looks like staff were not enough knowledgeable about the electrical system in the room. I had to wait almost 1 hr for 3 different persons come to figure out how to turn off lights in the room on top off the all noise that night due wedding event. I would have avoided to stay if I knew that there is a wedding event that night. Because paying for 5 star and can’t sleep quietly is not worth. 😟

Suite room was big and was better than expected , Lot of options for dining and lounge are was very comfortable. Its was a lively hotel and customer services was too good. Little gesture by them made stay more memorable.

The restaurant Mediterra was very disappointing. Waiters avoiding eye contact for orders and food was super late . At the end we got without having sweet dish as it was taking too long. No manager attended despite cancelling the order and knowing we are staying at the same hotel

I liked every thing the breakfast..the room..the reception. The ambience the room service the house keeping all did wonderfully well..GOD BLESS

I didn't like the chicken chilli ..it was not upto standard..I had ordered chicken Manchurian but veg Manchurian was served..though I had specifically told them that non vegetarian is being ordered..then instead they replaced it with chicken chilli..in 10 min..there was a bone and it was smelly..sayaji is my favorite in indore and hence this complaint

Location, food

My room was located on the first floor of actual guest rooms. There is a nightclub within the hotel that plays very loud music starting around 10:00 p.m. to midnight or 1am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The rooms are nice but you want to be away from the night club, because you can feel every beat and will not sleep a wink. I happened to be working from my hotel room on American time, so I needed to be up all night anyway.

Excellent breakfast.Many options to choose.less spicy, taste was great.Ginger tea was best.Spa facility was there but when I visited staff told that pedicure is not done there.i travelled with my 3year old granddaughter.Kids play area was good.

On day of check-out I had to leave hotel at 7.30am to catch my flight.I got breakfast but tea I ordered and waited for almost 15 minutes but couldn't get so I had to leave without tea

I liked the overall experience. The treatment by the staff was very warm and welcoming. We had a late night flight. We were not just allowed to checkout late but were also given access to the lounge with tea coffee access. That was very endearing. The location is another plus point. It is a well known hotel so all auto and taxi drivers know how to get there. The swimming pool was awesome. The breakfast was extraordinary. Huge selection and all the options were delicious.

Nothing that I can think of at the time of writing this review. Even if there is something it gets overshadowed by all the good parts.

The overall layout was amazing and had tons to do!!! Great food and a really good breakfast. The beds were perfect and the pillows were great. The staff was very helpful on requested.

Staff pretty much didn’t let us go till we left reviews with the names of all people there. I was in a rush to get to a wedding and writing a review was the last thing I wanted to do at that moment.

Great location, loved the breakfast! The Suite and Club Grand Premium are nice rooms and we were very comfortable with the upgrade to the suite considering that we paid a good price for the reservation

Initially, we were given the Grand room which was small in size considering my expectations from Sayaji hotel and considering the price that we paid for the reservation. After we moved into the room I saw the room and discussed my concerns with the staff. We were offered an upgrade and we were happy to accept it. A few hours later, we were offered an upgrade to the Premium Suite which was also very nice however we had to move rooms twice in a single day. It would have been nicer if this could have been arranged and discussed in the beginning. Also, just in case an upgrade would not have been possible, I expect that at Sayaji the basic Grand room can be arranged to be more lively.

Hospitality

Online booking through third party like booking. com etc shall clearly state the facilities. My online booking didn’t clearly stated regarding exclusive of breakfast which made us embarrassing. However after pointing out this, Mr Pankaj included the breakfast. Thanks for the same.

The hotel is situated at a good location, the staff is good. The check-in, check-out process are super quick. In terms of food - both breakfast and lunch spread is vast and really good. The chef and staff at restaurant is very supportive.

Swimming pool is good, but could be better if it was temperature controlled
