Comfortable hotel, located in a good area, courteous staff. Food was very good. Ample breakfast and menu options. As someone who grew up in Jabalpur decades ago, it was a specially nice experience for me to stay in the hotel that captures the towns legacy and history.

Getting convenient local transportation was an issue. But can't blame the hotel for it.

We stayed here 2-3 times previous to this visit and were amazed by the high standard of renovation & decoration.our room was as good as it gets without unnecessary equipment, such as a bath! Only 1x negative was the restaurant which had a massive menu(something very offputting about these huge menus) only to find a lot on offer was not avaiable. My gobi achari was tired although tasty! We would reccomend and we would return.

Could not have breakfast since had to leave very early in the morning. However, my wife and I had dinner at the restaurant the evening before and the food was very tasty and staff extremely courteous.

The hotel did not have the newspaper which my wife and I like to read i.e. The Hindu, which is published from Chennai. However, the Hindu must be having a distributor in Jabalpur and guests staying in the hotel would enjoy reading the excellent news coverage provided by this paper.

I found the property to be located perfectly. I was searching for a place near Jabalpur High Court and the property was perfectly placed. My experience was a perfect mix of luxury and affordability. All in all it was a very good experience and everything was in place.

Well mannered staff, polite and kind. We did had meals which taste very good. One must try one meal atleast if staying in hotel and being in jabalpur to explore food. Drop off facilities available for airport and railway station. Swimming pool and wellness center is in maintenance so wasn't able to make use of it. Great property at great location to stay whenever one visit Jabalpur

Our 1-night stay was pretty good. The location is nice - in a silent neighborhood and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Our rooms were decently big and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. Our beds were comfortable and we all had good sleep, although the AC controls were a little off. The WiFi was ok. The service was good - always available and helpful, although they could smile a little :-).

The rooms could be a little brighter, they felt a little dark and somewhat outdated in a few places. The value-for-money factor could also be a little better, especially if it's off-season.

Good hotel with a nice atmosphere and good facilities. Daily room service on request.

The pool and garden should be cleaned better. I found several waste from parties, including a broken glass, in the water.

I like the courtesy of manager Amit singh as he upgraded our room for free and arrange free complimentary drop off at Railway station as the hotel is hardly 1 km from main station. We are thankful to him as his efforts made our stay and journey very comfortable.

We didn’t get any negative experience as described by few customers.

Breakfast would have more variety and change each day - the restaurant GOAN FISH CURRY was excellenty prepared.

The safe should be bolted down to the cabinet & a little bit larger to accomodate 14" laptop (dream)
