Beware of their unethical practices before booking!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel O Ansh Plaza. They demanded extra money at the time of check-in, even though I had already booked the room. When I refused, they threatened to cancel my booking. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Moreover, the manager's behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they were arrogant and dismissive. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

there is nothing to like in this hotel

I heard about bad feedbacks about OYOs but I realise this in this hotel. The room is having filthy smells and behind the bed there are used condoms and food packets and full of dust. Bath room shower does not have fittings same for bathroom. bedsheets are not clean and TV is disfunctional. Its unfortunate I choose a hotel thinking its near airport and I will not miss my flight in morning hours. VERY BAD and I will never suggest this hotel to anyone for a stay.
