A very well-designed and maintained hotel, with impeccable staff service. The room we stayed in was generic, as in most such hotels, but service is what takes Novotel Jaipur many notches higher. Everyone from the security to front desk to room service to restaurant to facility areas - they all greeted with warm smiles and honest, extremely efficient service. Special shoutout to Suraj, Sumanta and Rajesh. The breakfast spread was amazing - ample selection of both Western and Indian food. The food taste was good, if not great. Also, the gym instructor in the morning (whose name I forget) was very helpful. The pool was kept clean and staff were always at hand to pass towels, drinking water and even sunscreen lotion!! In a word, we had a great stay and would love to go back soon.

The quality of toilet paper could have better.

The room was nice, well-furnished and equipped. The restaurant and bar have excellent food and a selection of drinks.

Room cleaning was below standard, particularly bathroom. The spa is nice though pricy and the swimming pool was under maintenance for two days but we were not informed until arrival. It was quite disappointing since we considered it as an advantage compared to other hotels which are closer to the center but with smaller or no swimming pool.

THE PEOPLE! Hotel staff was attentive and paid attention to all our queries, assistance and basically our needs while we were there. Starting from Ketaki at front desk, our check in was smooth and she was very resourceful. She helped us a lot. Mr Vishnu, the IT man, who was prompt and effective with any glitches we had in the room. He'd be in the room within seconds of our calls. Restaurant staff!!!! The PRIDE of Novotel. Shahid Khan, Nikhil Bhatia, Momita, Mercy, Samjhana, Chef Rakesh, Pradeep, Akash and most important, our resident Tea Master, Mr Bajrang - they were exceptional and did their work with love, passion and DEDICATION! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK FOR THESE PEOPLE who had made everything possible for our stay. A special thanks to Mr Nikhil Bhatia for always being there to make sure my teenage son had company during late dinner. Thank you All. We love you.

1. The shower drainage was rather slow and we had to call Mr Vishnu to fix it. However, it kind of got slower by our third day again ... Needed fixing on a deeper level. 2. Restaurant manager, Mr Hemant, was flustered on a couple of occasions where he talked down to his staff and this was seen by us while having our lunch and dinner on two separate days. This is unprofessional and that made us uncomfortable. Respect should be accorded even if they have made a mistake or being junior staff to Mr Hemant. Whatever it was, the junior staff were the ones that had been standing and attending to our needs mostly, always with a smile. Mr Hemant was very good to us but we felt this could be his area of improvement.

1)Room temp at 19°... It becomes very cold even when the set temp is 24..person came to rectify it but...jaise the.. 2) no help with the travel desk even when asked 3 times to different people 3)size of pillows???can u explain why one is so huge...it can't be kept under the head as otherwise my 5'10" frame will go off the bed..

I requested for birthday decoration in my room before I check in to the hotel. Room was ready as I requested and I was happy with it. checkin was smooth. valet parking is also good. I opted for breakfast and dinner for my 2 night stay. Both were good. Staff was well behaved and caring. If you are planning to visit choki dhani then it is just 3km away from here.

Hotel is around 1 hour away from the Jaipur's main attraction. For example, Amer fort is around 1 hour away from the hotel. Although hotel is good so I can bear that thing.

It is a value for money hotel. Not far from airport, so it is conveniently located. Restaurant had a variety of options. Price of food is also reasonable for a 5 star. It has a nice Gym and a decent swimming pool.

Buffett options were not available for lunch or dinner.

There was a bit of misunderstanding about the actual room size, but DM Ms Durga sorted out things quickly and professionally, - room was upgraded. Food is also amazing.

Location is a little far from the historical center and forts.

Breakfast and food are excellent. Staffs are very kind and co operative especially the duty manger Miss Durga Tripathi. She is very helpful and made our trip excellent and memorable. Thanks to her .
