The property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and terrace, well-decorated and so relaxing. Our room was very spacious, quiet and had everything we needed (kettle, fridge, water, toiletries). The pool is quite big and was surprisingly very refreshing even if the temperature outside was 40 degrees. A special note would probably go to the staff, they have all been super lovely and helpful, I think the level of hospitality in this hotel is the best we have received so far!

Something to consider is that the property is not located in the centre of Jaipur but 20 minutes away from the centre and main attraction. Nevertheless it was very easy to get taxi and tuktuk to get around.

We enjoyed staying at this little "oasis amongst the chaos" so much that, when we were forced to change our plans, we returned for a second visit. We chose a lower category of room the second time but were equally impressed with the decor and attention to detail. The staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful without seeming too obsequious or subservient, which is refreshing. The pool is just as refreshing and just large enough to swim laps rather than just being a "splash" pool. The gardens add to the relaxing atmosphere and seemed always full of an assortment of wild birdlife, adding to the " oasis" feeling. We both indulged in a treatment at the spa, which offers ayurvedic and other treatments to help relax and unwind. The kitchen has a comprehensive array of Indian and Western food, although we only ate Indian and found it superb to our Western palate! Of our 6 stops in India, this was our stand-out experience!

Staff were excellent and very accommodating - we felt at home after a long day travelling. We had an error with our booking (Booking.com fault) that RHH resolved within just a couple of minutes. Customer service was much better than any other place we stayed on our trip to India. Rooms were large and actually look much nicer than in the images. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the environment is super quiet and relaxing. The food was very nice, but it is a bit expensive considering the location. It was a great experience, nothing bad to say really. Would totally recommend this type of hotel over a modern style hotel if you want to experience something interesting and different, and authentic and unique to India.

The only negative, was that in 1 room the AC was not powerful enough to cope with the extreme summer temperatures. In the night it was very warm and therefore very difficult to sleep, even with AC units on full settings. However, it was exceptionally hot outside.

This hotel which was a former hunting lodge is unique as it is a heritage building and has a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. As such the rooms are not your typical 5 star hotel types with all the mod cons. It has been furnished in keeping with its heritage background. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was firm and we slept very well. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with various a la carte options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel for a unique experience.

There was a smell from the bathroom drainage, hence it is better to leave the exhaust vent running all the time and the hot water for the shower took over 10 minutes to come on but as it is a heritage property these issues are understandable.

From the moment we entered the gates, it was like being taken to an oasis. The property itself is stunning, you feel like a royal guest when greeted by the incredibly attentive staff. Every moment was a joy, from the Auyverdic treatments we had daily, the ambience of lounging by the pool, to the delicious food at the on site restaurant. The rooms were like something you could only dream of, incredibly decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel was so nice, that it was tempting to stay there all day and not set foot out of the grounds.

Couldn’t fault a thing. One of the best hotels I have stayed in over many years travelling.

Our room was spacious and well decorated. Everything we needed was there for us. I also love how the hotel has different areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We had a lovely stay!

The hotel is located on the west side of Jaipur. Due to traffic, it takes a bit of time to get to your destinations. Nonetheless, the staff is excellent and we're only sad about not having a day planned without sightseeing so we could enjoy the pool and hotel grounds.

The Royal Heritage Haveli was a highlight of our stay in India. The atmospheric room with its tilework and comfortable furnishing was charming, the gardens and courtyards were beautiful and the dining experience was superb. The spa, too, was of the highest standard. Yet, what made our stay truly memorable was the effort all the staff made to ensure our visit was enjoyable in every way. It was their sincere and open manner that made our days in this historic haveli such a positive experience.

The courteous staff and service. The Manager at the Reception was very courteous and helpful. The typical Haveli style ambience in my spacious Signature Suite and the attached private terrace.

1. No authentic, traditional Rajasthani food options on the menu. 2. The food, though very good in quality, was quite overpriced. 3. No traditional variety entertainment programs like Rajasthani puppet shows, traditional dances, or singing were offered to entertain the guests in the evening.

We spent a lovely week at Royal Heritage Haveli in two large, adjoining rooms which were nicely decorated and comfy. It’s a well-appointed property. The pool area was very comfortable & clean. The spa is located right next door to the pool. We also enjoyed some relaxing Ayurvedic massages. Instead of a breakfast buffet, there was a breakfast menu to order from with daily changing selection. We also took our dinner at the Haveli. The food was usually very good and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, always took time to answer our questions (even made a full Jaipur tourist itinerary for us) and generally took pains to make our stay very comfortable. There is some renovation work going on at the Hotel at the moment, but since there was neither any noise nor inconvenience, this did not disturb us at all. At the time of booking we did not pay attention to the fact that the Haveli is not located in the touristic centre of town which meant that we spent about 45 to 60 min traveling to Bani Park (we usually booked an Uber for the full day). However, since everyone at the Haveli made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our time there, we would actually return there on a second visit and accept the added travel time again simply because it was such a great place.

The RHH is a very beautiful hotel. It is very green, has nice open spaces and is well taken care of. It is a beautiful oriental style and classical hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed of my room was very comfortable. It had everything I needed and even more. I was greeted with a friendly face and a welcome drink. In the hotelroom sweet treats were waiting for me. The pool of the hotel is spacious as well and lit up beautifully in the evening. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa for 60 minutes. I had a very pleasant experience! One of the best massages I ever had. Then the employees are lovely, very friendly and very very helpful. I had some issues with my Air India flight and also needed help with my onward journey. The hotel managers were very very helpful with that which made my overall India travelexperience much better! The restaurant serves high quality food. The included breakfast was very tasty, with a lot to choose from. The dinner was as well very good, the best butter chicken, friend rice and garlic naan I had in India! The hotel area is very calm, which helped me regain energy from exploring the busy streets of Jaipur. Thanks a lot to RHH for this exceptional and unforgettable stay I had at your facility! I'm a female solo traveller from Aistria (living in the NL).

I have no negative feedback.
