The room and hotel is just an amazing 👏 .Miss Anjali who is working at restaurant service she is super cool and very top of the service person. I love Rithik as well he has given us personal attention. Sakshi has supported us to.change our room location .but we are quite disappointed towards Rishabh In service desk .I had paid hotel 🏨 for a good room view and I had already made a request for king bed not twin bed in January and lalit has accepted the same but he should give us king room he has tried but he has given us very bad view room in the corner I am here after 10 years from Germany only visit property then I get treated like bad guest .Overall stay was super and harpreet and Sakshi helped us to change the room .they both are top 👌. Thank you

The Lalit Jaipur was a great and gorgeous hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.The hotel is huge with immense facilities like gym, swimming, spa and various restaurants on site. I cannot commend enough the staff from the front office team, house keeping team and the kitchen team. Breakfast had great and succulent options daily. The hospitality and friendliness from the hotel staff made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. Both my kids loved it and want to visit soon. I would personally like to thank Jagrut from front office for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism who ensured that our stay was as smooth as possible and he made sure that our children were looked after very well. Jagrut went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to the chef for recommending various delicacies. Also thank you to Ankit and Summit from the lounge for their utmost great service. Special thanks to Mr Ajay and Mr Rishab We will surely be back. The Lalit Jaipur ticked all the boxes for me and my family and it was pure joy being there with great vibes.

We had a pleasant stay at The Lalit in Jaipur. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to the city itself. The staff were always polite and helpful. The meals we had at the hotel were good. One minor issue was with the payment process: I had to insist twice on paying in the local currency with my card. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Also at CheckOut there was an issue with payment which should be taken over from a wedding group. The different teams (Sales, Reception, EventTeam) didn’t talk to each other, which gave huge confusion and at the end maybe a double payed room for two nights. This gives me a „bad taste“ after all.

Breakfast was a bit crowded and waiting time was more than 15 mins Some arrangement should be done to serve in other dining area if the hotel is so full.

Just one thing - if a family is booked more than 4 rooms on a floor Other guests should be given room a little distant as they keep opening closing doors and children running through the corridors at night - past 12 am.... becomes a little irritating Neither you want to complain or tell the guests to keep it down.

bathroom door was not good ,it was hard to close and open we got message that our credit card was denied but it was in working mode, we paid one night in advance to reserve our room need to improve the service for payment because we book the room in advance and suddenly if we get message that our card is inactive and our room can not be reserved then its not good

We enjoyed our stay. Food & location was quite good. And so was the staff. We also enjoyed the expanse of the property. We also would like to mention. Special mention for this wonderful person in the picture who is a staff in Lalit, who helped us look around the property and also took our photographs with utmost kindness & respect.

The room was a bit damp and at the back of the property where we could only see some iron rods and some buildings under construction. The balcony too was not very clean.

I had an excellent stay at The Lalit Jaipur. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. A special mention to Mr. Jagrut Mehta and his team at the front desk they were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, the cleanliness was topnotch, and the property is very well maintained. Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10 experience!

Breakfast spread was good. Probably because I am from Chennai, I would like to say the quality & taste of sambhar can be improved. More options for south Indians to be made available. Good location of hotel with emergency services near by & airport very close to it. Staff very courteous & polite. Special mention to be made of Mr. Narayan in the Bell/Concierge desk who was very good.

The facilities and the effort the staff put in to help in best possible way under the circumstances.

The Hotel could not find the reservation to start with. We had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour, before they recovered the booking and then gave us good rooms.

The breakfast was delightful. Food in general at the 24/7 and Baluchi was great. Baluchi can use a bit more staffing / Ambience / kitchen needs spruce up for cost.

Rooms and furniture could use a little refresh. The hotel management staff needs to be empowered to make decisions in a privately owned premium hotel chain, regarding upgrades etc.
