Hi, I’ve stayed here on a few occasions. Location is perfect. The restaurant food is absolutely amazing top quality. The Service is 10 out of 10 very attentive. but the rooms are very dated nothing‘s been updated since my last visit five years ago the Wi-Fi is still quite poor.

We had booked a a manicure and full body massage the room was extremely cold. The treatment is very poor. I made a complaint to the manager who was very poor in dealing with the whole situation and made me pay for the full treatment and said I’ll get a discount on the next visit, I’m afraid I will not be staying at the hotelagain on my next visit due to the poor customer service and a lack of understanding from the manager which I’m looking to email the hotel directly to raise a complaint to get any form of discount, but I will be going back to the restaurant. Has the food and service were absolutely amazing.

Location is great, right next to the main shopping areas. Easy to hail a 3 wheeler and get all around for Rs 40-50 Good restaurant options and bar on ground floor. Just a short 3 wheeler ride (3 mins) there is a McDs, Pizza Hut, subway, great bar called pyramid! Also a good western shopping mall outlet and cinema. Overall the location is 100% spot-on

Staff are good and attentive, but some such as room service meal ordering don’t seem to understand all requests. Could do with a bit of training - not a show stopper though! Rooms feel a bit dated - could do with an upgrade. Bathrooms should have extra towels and face towels. AC should be available for cooling at any season - especially when temperature is over 20*c outside - room becomes very stuffy and hot at night.

Nice central location in Jalandhar and Ramada brand to go with it. Quiet and very nice comfortable stay.

Not enough variety at breakfast or dinner, although choice of Indian and Western. The food was bareable if not great. Not enough cutlery for self serving, bowls in particular were in short supply. Just bath towel supplied, when we expected shower towel and couple of face towels. These had to be requested on a daily basis

Good restaurants and bar. Courteous and helpful staff.

Room is tired. Cupboard fronts not closing. Shower grout/sealer turning mouldy. Floor tiles in bathroom needs cleaning as stained. Power socket for kettle not working. Generally room needed a deep clean.

Breakfast had a variety of choice and you could always ask for something if it was available. The location was ideal right near to the shopping centre. Room was clean and facilities were good.

The cleaning team need to pay more attention when cleaning..small things like toothpaste marks on the sink cupboard..dirt/rubbish under the fridge Tv was not available smart tv so not able to watch Netflix etc

The staff were lovely and friendly, food was delicious and we had a lovely relaxing time. Parathas at breakfast, piping hot and so delicious.

Breakfast - when items ran out, having to keep asking for replacements. Staff were very accommodating about it and very helpful.

The space how modern and clean the property is. The art work on arrival in the lobby very suitable for the hotel. We will visiting again soon and recommend the hotel looking for excellent service and good value of money.

The only issue I had was we needed a new toilet seat.

Clean and staff very helpful, had loads of breakfast options. Chas a gym swimming pool which was not not available to use on first night.
