The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. Late at night I needed some medicine and Inderjeet went out of his way to get it and didn’t even take the payment for it . Also today when checking out I had left something of mine in the room. Sukhvinder got the items sent, once again he did not ask to be paid for this service . The staff makes you feel welcome and go out of their way to help … thank you Inderjeet and Sukhvinder

This was the 3rd time I stayed at Ramada. I prefer this hotel for good location and good service. This time I had a pleasant surprise during checking in, when they upgraded my room.

Breakfast could have had few more continental options.

Good location and courteous staff. Rooms are comfortable. Prompt response for room service requests.

The corridors can feel quite dark. In our bathroom the toilet seat and toilet roll holder were not fitting.

Food choice was not good too much masala and cost, toilet floor needs renovation. Room with EXTRA high tubs, quite a struggle going in and out without slipping.

Best property in Jamshedpur till now. Comfortable and big rooms along with all the necessary items. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Easy check in and check out. No disturbance. Truly professional

Only one thing. While having breakfast, i asked for Latte Coffee but even after waiting for half an hour it was not served. Rest everything was awesome.

It's a neat and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff behaviour was courteous.

The room size is a bit small. It's a business hotel, doesn't have any facilities for family and kids.Even The swimming pool is very small and ordinary

Till late night there was loud music being played with high bass.

Our room had a connecting door to the next room. While this may be very convenient for a family, we found it an invasion of privacy as it was not soundproof at all. Everything said in the other room could be heard on our side and similar May have been the other room’s experience. Needs thought about allotment of these rooms.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.. the staff were very cooperative and responsive. Location of the property is also perfect.
