We had an absolutely delightful experience at Svenska Kakinada! As a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies. The food was also superb. The hotel’s modern, chic design added a touch of elegance, and every element felt thoughtfully curated. What truly made the experience exceptional was the warm and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Events here (like DJ nights and food festivals) bring an amazing buzz and make it a social hotspot in Kakinada. Everything was superb

The Global lunch buffet at Svenska Design Hotel was impressive, especially with the special 50% discount making it great value. The variety of multicuisine dishes catered to all tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It’s a perfect spot for anyone who loves to explore different cuisines in one meal. The live band and DJ night at the Grand Ballroom is hands down the most lively event in Kakinada. The music was fantastic, blending energetic beats with great vocals, while the beautiful lighting and vibrant ambiance kept the party going all night. It’s definitely the place to be for a fun night out.

What stood out most was the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness; they made me feel welcome throughout. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and spa, were well-maintained. Honestly, Svenska Design Hotel in Kakinada was such a vibe. Loved how chill and quiet the location was—perfect for actually unwinding. The bed was next-level comfy, probably the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Major shoutout to the spa too; super relaxing and totally worth it after a long day. The whole place just felt modern and cozy at the same time. Staff were super sweet and made everything easy. If you’re looking for a spot to just switch off and recharge, this is it. 10/10 would go back!

Stayed on a business trip and had an amazing time! The vibe was super cool and modern. Spa was so relaxing after long meetings, and the pool was perfect for a quick dip. Loved the fitness centre – had all the essentials. The restaurant and bar were a big win too – great food, chill atmosphere. The service throughout was spot on. Totally impressed and will definitely be booking here again for my next trip!

Can't go wrong with this hotel; its smashing top notch

Though its little bit inside an industrial park, but I enjoyed the peaceful environment and found it to be very convenient both for airport connections as well as for my work at Kakinada SEZ in Vakalpudi, which is barely 5-10mins from the hotel. Tried their food festival and found it to be good value for money with large portions and well prepared items. Rooms are also very comfortable with a great bed and large TV

Beautifully designed hotel in a quiet and peaceful location... very spacious rooms and excellent food combined with efficient service... highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay... overall, great value for money... will be back soon!

Swimming pool opening timings are restricted 9am to 6pm... thankfully, they were happy to relax them for me

Their beds are amazing; 14-inch mattress with soft linen and cozy duvet gave me the best sleep experience in my last 30+ years of business travel. Huge flat-screen LED HD TV with plethora of entertainment channels made it every better. Most importantly, the rooms are new and spotlessly clean and hygienic. I was told that bathrooms also get RO water, including the flushing!!! Given the pathetic quality of water in Kakinada at other hotels, this was a huge blessing as I could bathe without messing up my hair. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Have to pay security deposit at check-in, but they are prompt in refunding it back at check-out
