Additional Perks: The location is prime, making it convenient for guests to explore nearby attractions and shopping districts. Conclusion: My stay at Surya Heritage was nothing short of delightful. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a variety of options available.

The windows were covered by heavy wooden shutters so there was no natural light. A piece of furniture was in front of one window which stopped the window from opening so we couldn’t get to the shutters to open them.

Great Staff..Super helpful and polite. They helped us book taxis and also suggested things to do.Some amazing food. Special mention to Manu and his wonderful team at the property.

There is music playing in the garden during dinner time. It was fairly loud even at 10:30pm so it is a bit disturbing for people staying at the property.

very helpful staff, excellent food for dinner, interesting older style building that had been renovated. Staff gave us a 5 hour late check out on the house, this was most appreciated by us.

windows have shutters that keep it closed so makes it dark. However, we didn’t ask to open them as they were all closed!

The professionalism and courteousness of the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to Shilpa from the front desk who went out of the way to oblige our special requests. And Sonu from the restaurant took great efforts to suggest some really tasty dishes. Do not miss the Prawns fry & the Tharavadu Chicken curry!

The kindness n sincerity with which everybody served us, is very rarely seen these days. Full marks for giving us a memorable experience. Also the did not overcharge on anything including the car service. Special mention of Najeeb our driver, who had excellent patience with our old mother.

The food variety could have been more on kerala dishes instead of just dosa.

All the way from the reception , everything went on very well. The Breakfast Sandwich was excellent. The real feel of Kerala tradition was felt in our overall experience. Very courteous staffs with an outstanding General manager, Mr. Ajith. We strongly recommend this to others as well...
