The breakfast was perfect with a large choice of Indian as well of non-Indian food. The personnel was very accommodation. The room was very nice with a great view on the city. The city around is not the nicest part of India, but this is another issue. When you our outsite, it is very easy to find the way to the hotel as it is the tallest building in the surrounding area. Room service worked well. The prices in the restaurant are clearly higher but in principle acceptable. Solely, the cost of Indian wine was somehow exaggerated.

In principle, the hotel cannot influence the surrounding area, so this cannot be considered as a reproach. The only minor issue which I observed is that the cost of Indian wines should be more reasonable (i.e. in Europe, it is common to add 100% to the price of the wine).

Room size was very good. The AC settings offer half degree temperature adjustments as well. So it really helped me feel comfortable. The room was very quiet - absolutely no noise. Also the mattress on the bed was soft, but provided very good spine support. So overall - perfect room temperature, good mattress and absolute noiseless environment ensured a great sleep. Windows are large - offering a good view of the city and River.

Bathroom seems a little congested, but was manageable for a short stay. Everything is excellent, but the Car Parking area is a mess. Lack of physical space is understood, but dirty parking space with large metal rods lying around, is not expected. Once during my stay, I had to bring in 5 guests for dinner, and it was a shame to get their car parked outside on the dirt road. Please note, that this comment is more for the management to make improvements. If you do not have a car to be parked, you should ignore this comment.

Hotel is good and and good room sizes ...

I have a stong problem with staff that they entre in the room directly without even checking that guest is inside or not ... This happened second time with me that staff entre directly and i was in washroom ... Its really embraced for guest.. Secondly staff was shouting and quarreling for their duty work on floor in front of guests .. Third we forgot our room key while going to breakfast and inform at breakfast staff that we forgot the key inside so that perosn helped us and told that the perosn will be there for your service and we shocked that before we go there the hotel staff opened our room and he was inside the room which is really very supsicious and dangeros ... But since we don't have any option in Kanpur we have to compromise this i guess ...

It’s the good old school hospitality where guest is offered with services like a mini bar in rooms etc (which most hotels are choosing not to provide in india these days!) I remember my stay here 8 years ago was exactly the same. Comfortable, classy and with great food!

The breakfast spread was amazing. My family loved the delicious food items. The rooms were huge and very comfortable and clean. Everything was taken care of. The staff was approachable and polite.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom, probably because of the water quality. Also, we asked specifically for a King sized bed, however, we got 2 twin beds joined together with a little gap in between, which was little uncomfortable.

The staff was courteous and well-mannered. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Location is good. Quite central in city. Food was good.

There was very strong new paint smell while dining in the restaurant. The hotel staff was not much concerned about it!

Breakfast was okay with good options both Indian and Intercontinental. Location is a big plus. Right in the centre of the city, close to a big shopping mall with lots of options to eat outside.

The property is located in the heart of city. The service and staff is very courteous and caring. The food quality and taste is above average. Room size is sufficient.

The property is dated and needs renovation. The pool water was somewhat murky. Wood Furniture needs polishing.

Location was great near to Naveen Market

The public facilities on the ground floor had plenty of mosquitoes and construction noise (loud drilling and hammering) at 1am

Highly disorganized, they are extremely confudes about everything. They find solutions but after a huge amount if time is wasted
