I recently stayed at Zostel Pulga, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The dorm beds were comfortable and cozy, though not ideal for taller travelers. A special mention goes to our host, Vishal bhai ji, whose warm hospitality and deep knowledge of the Parvati Valley made our stay truly memorable. From treks to hidden trails and local experiences, he was a wealth of information and a major reason why I’d visit again.

While the hostel cafe was comfy and well-lit, I felt it could use a reliable heating system, especially during colder months. The food was mostly great, but the menu lacked a Himachali touch—classic dishes like Pahadi chicken or Siddu would have added a special local flavor to the experience. Overall, Zostel Pulga is a wonderful place to stay, with an unbeatable location and a warm, welcoming vibe. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Pulga, especially those looking to explore the serene beauty of the Parvati Valley.

The hostel has a great location with an amazing view of the mountains around Pulga. The double room is large and has a nice balcony overlooking the view. In-house restraurant offers a good variety of food (though takes quite a while to prepare).

Electricity went off and on, but that's probably a general issue with Pulga and not the hostel specifically; staff could have been a bit more helpful in terms of tips and advice for things to do in the area, but overall a great stay.

The stay and staff are good. It was clean, the cafe food was really nice.

I don't think there's anything to dislike about this place however the walk to get there can be confusing and challenging for few people. A lot of people usually get lost looking for it. Follow the sign

Property’s location is great but needs a little hike. Food at Zostel is amazing and decently priced.

Faced problems with running hot water.

Had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Food is delicious and hygienic. Staff Ravi bhai and Rahul bhai are so kind and supportive.

No heating provided in rooms, kitchen only runs for couple of hours in morning and evening.

Dorm rooms were much spacious compared to other hostels. It was neat also and we felt safe also throughout the stay.
