Good spacious property. Easily accessible. Old property but seems renovated and facilities don’t show the age.

The staff, especially the restaurant (Levant) staff seemed inexperienced. They mixed up the orders and appeared confused. This place also seems to be a destination wedding venue. They had a large contingent of wedding guests on our first day who barged onto our dining table to share it without any courtesy. Needless to say it was a noisy group who didn’t seem to care much for other guests at the property. The staff could have directed the non wedding guests to a separate section of the restaurant but seemed inexperienced in handling such situation.

This is a lovely and sprawling property. We had a nice room overlooking a beautiful lotus pond. Early mornings we were visited by the gaggle of resident Geese which added to the charm of the verdant surroundings. We had a nice stay here.

Since the time of our visit was in what one would call "Off season", there were few facilities that were not up to the mark. However, the staff was helpful and coopeartive and made our stay comfortable.

Friendly people, good location, clean territory. Especially nice guy on the courtyard, who helped me arrange the board games and ping pong with my kids

Constant problems with hot water. We asked them so many times to arrange hot water supply 24 hrs, but still there were problems during morning and evening times

The massage. I forgot the name of the lady who gave the best massage ever. Oil first, scrub after. Perfect. Staff was helpful contacting a doctor when we needed one.

Food was too pricey for the quality. Unfortunately it was not possible to book a tour to Panna through them. We had asked to extend our stay and although this was confirmed we later found out all the rooms were booked.

Comfortable and elegant rooms. Breakfast was good. Dinner dishes were really authentic and tasty. Very close to the airport and main tourist attraction. Spa was very reasonable and good service.

Pool was over crowded, no attention to people jumping in with all clothes on. Dinner Breads were too expensive.

The property is very well maintained, the staffs are courteous. The food is good. The location of the property is also very good.

The check in process can be improved.
