The staffs were very helpful and welcoming, the bed was very soft and cosy, the view was good and it was near to the main road so transportation communication was good as well.

Room and bathroom could have been much bigger. Mosquito liquid should be provided as mosquitoes were there. Tv needs to be fixed as the sound and remote don't work properly as well as the AC should be fixed. Room cleaning per day should be provided as it was still dusty.

Staff and their attitude towards guests. I confess that they were ever ready for help.

Every toilet should be provided with a mopper for wiping out water accumulated. The floor becomes slippery and there is danger for slipping. Water gets accumulated easily and improper slope causes water accumulation. This is a suggestion only . Otherwise everything is fine.

The very first thing I liked about the hotel is its environment and all the facilities you will get while staying here. Not to mention the staff are really well behaved and friendly. The Bus Stand is just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel and it's clean as well. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Kolkata.

Excellent , courteous staff, very helpful. we got spread breakfast . Rooms are of decent size and are very well maintained. Location suited my requirement. Keep it up !

Need to check the room before handing it over to the customer, especially the bedcover and pillow cover.

The hotel was affordable. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. Service could be a little faster, but it's a good value for money

Comfortable stay at a good location and pretty affordable. Nothing too fancy but does the job. Staff was great.

There were some cigarette burns on the pillow so that's was a big turn-off.
