The gardens and the verandah were wonderful communal spaces. The location was amazing and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous 4 night stay with outstanding experiences of walking, exploring and soaking up the breathtaking beauty coupled with the incredible hospitality shown to us by everyone we met. Memories to last a lifetime.

Other visitors have mentioned that it is not within walking distance of a restaurant and that’s true but auto-rickshaws and taxis are cheap and easy to arrange or the staff will arrange for meals to be delivered if you request them. The three rooms facing out onto the road also experience some road traffic noise but you can ask for rooms inside or at the rear of the property if it is a concern. As mentioned elsewhere the bathrooms are on the small side but are perfectly serviceable.

Environment was very calm and peaceful. Robin and vineesh were very friendly, they provided required support. If dinner is required, please inform them well i advance. Breakfast was very delicious and organized as recommended during previous night. Rates were also reasonable. Nearby sight seeing available for a 1 day trip.

No inhouse kitchen, seems food is organized as per order from guest. Breakfast shall be made complementary. Need to travel nearby village if any food or milk to children. Rooms are compact and shall be spacious for this price range. Entrance is damaged and risky to join the main road, No network for Airtel, Jio & BSNL (Services we use)

Hotel stay nearly to train station, but you can't hear train. Birds sing very nicely in the morning. Very clear around, and there is good grassplot for exercises

Little noise from road, but if you are sleeping in a room, it's not problem

The staff was really helpful, they managed to rent us a scooty for the days we were there and they were always available to answer our questions. Room was clean and nice. The food was good and at a good price. We recommend:)

Staff gt and really helpful. Going out of their way to organise trips/ food etc. location gt for exploring the forest areas and rivers. Easy bus near by taking you into Tamil Nadu. Had a lovely family time at location. Also train stops very close to hotel. Easy walk. Thankyou

The property, area, rooms, location etc was very nice

Need improvement in some facilities like hot water for drinking and have to provide coffee/tea making facilities (kettle, tea/coffee bag etc ).

Very helpful staff, nice views, green surroundings. The room was clean and enough for one person. Good wifi.

Was right next to the highway, so a bit noisy for my taste and there were no restaurants nearby. The food they bought from outside was okay, but not great.

The property is in an excellent location, with flowing Palaruvi water and mountain. Greenery all around both in the property and around the property. Rooms are good for two adults. The only drawback is, food and beverages are not available inhouse, they arrange through someone outside and get it for the guests. Just this is the drawback, but few small eatery places are there nearby in around 3 to 4 kms. There is one Santha Foods ( small eatery ) which serves good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Very good location. Neat and tidy rooms Better Room Service. Vinesh chetan and Vimala chechi, made the stay feel like home. Offered the best service and provided all tourist information. River, waterfalls dam, boating eco tourism all close by. Fantastic stay. Strongly recommend for couples and families.
