Clean room. Good natural light. Very good toilet fittings. Spacious dining hall. Good lift. Well connected to city. Located on prominent road. Good tasty breakfast. Reasonable price

1. Ability to control temp in the room. It was too cold but when asked for raising temp was refused by technician as all rooms on the floor will be affected. I caught cold due to this handicap. 2. They cancelled my initial booking just before my arrival saying card did not swipe. However on fresh booking the same card was succesfully swiped to confirm my booking. I lost rs 500 in the process and had 2 hrs of stressful time not sure where I was going to stay

I used the "day-use" option for this stay at Ginger. It is convenient for the day traveller. Cordial staff and helpful. They welcomed to have an early check-in at no extra cost.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit broken and needed repairs but not an issue as it was under the side table. The room needed a little aromatic cleaner so that it smells fresh.

Location was convenient. this was my 2nd visit to the hotel. I would prefer to stay in the same hotel on my next visit to Lucknow. The ambience and Rooms were good. Need a discount on my next visit.

Night lighting is not too much while sleeping. which was good.

It’s a great stay if you are solo, the staff is courteous and hotel manager went out of his way to help me and save my day. 10/10 for their hospitality

Rooms are smaller and wouldn’t recommend in double occupancy. But still better than other options

The staff were courteous and helpful. They helped with an early check-in. Additionally, the restaurant had enough amenities to heat the food and also decent spread of dishes. The staff also helped with supplementary toiletries.

I thought while the room was compact, the value for money for the property was pretty much average. I feel that the pricing should be much better to invoke a feeling for the customer to be leaving satisfied.

Hotel is very neat and clean.Also the Resturant team is really excellent 👍

I liked the staff - Pankaj , Shubham n Aastha at check in and R Singh qt Security. Also good location opp the Sahara Hospital , so convenient for those having folks being treated there.

Need to think of some basic things. Like hooks in toilet and shower area - to hang towels etc. Housekeeping service was a bit lax and late in cleaning up the rooms
