I enjoyed the breakfast and facilities at this site. Its proximity to a subway/metro station makes it easy to get into the busy parts of Lucknow and the airport. I did not eat lunch or dinner here, but I enjoyed their full breakfast buffet every day for a week, and it never disappointed me. The room was also great and spacious. It was cleaned regularly and the staff was always gracious.

The Wi-Fi situation was disappointing at best. With a family, I could not log onto more than one device at a time, which meant either my phone or my wife's phone, or my kid's tablet got Wi-Fi but never all 3. Even when I did have a connection, it felt slower than 3G. I could download videos using my USA T-Mobile sim card faster than Wi-Fi. This lack of connectivity was enough to drop some points in my book for a hotel in this price range and five stars.

The staff were fantastic. Very kind and attentive. It was very clean in the hotel , the staff work hard to it clean and tidy. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Slept very well. It was great to have a beauty salon but it would be good to invest more money in that to make it even nicer. The main restaurant was good and there were lots of choices for breakfast. The service was great and so were the staff. If you’re arriving at Lucknow airport, It’s a great place to stay when arriving or leaving as airport is close by.

The punjab restaurant was a bit pricey for us. The food was good but we had perhaps ordered too much. We later ate at the main restaurant (the next evening) and which worked out better in terms of cost for us. Unfortunately the toilet downstairs in the ladies bathroom was over flowing and had flooded the entire ladies rest room. The staff responded as quickly as possible which was good.

The Hotel is a good choice with value for money in terms of accommodation. However, it is just about 5km from airport and they charged me Rs 900 for airport taxi. They claim that it is an outsource service. Still, there should be some rate reasonability. Getting an Uber from Hotel is difficult as it always shows some traffic signal as pick up point.

Hefty charge for airport taxi, I paid Rs 900 for just a 5km drive! Rest, no issues in terms of room, cleanliness, toileteries provided and breakfast.

Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. All the facilities I would need. Decent breakfast. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Close to the airport and train station. About 500-600 metres from a metro station which helps as roads are often choked with traffic. Good connectivity. I will happily stay there again.

I think the property is excellent at a very reasonable price with great staff. So I cannot say I didn’t like it. But if I was to say something then it would be that noise from outside the room does come through.

Good food, excellent linen, newspapers at your room & real marble use in bathroom and room, which is not possible in now days in even any topmost hotels and their experienced hospitality will satisfied as you needed.

But it’s aging. Need thoughtful renovation considering its past and future. May God bless.

The hotel is placed on the Lucknow Kanpur Highway very close to Airport. The place is busy place hence there always people around to help out in case if any one needs.

The down side is if you get the room which is road facing, you need to get accustomed to honking sound of the vehicles and metro trains. Myself being from busy city, it was ok. People might not appreciate it.

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways! It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters. Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel

Room was decent sized and well laid out. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is super and property is well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is impressive and a must do in-house activity. Gym and Spa options are also an attraction. Location close to a mall and Metro makes it easy to access entertainment options. Fruit basket in evening was pleasant surprise

Good location near Metro line. Clean well maintained rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Minor.. but why was there in a room for two people only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of slippers? Noise from outside is very noticeable in the rooms. It was better when we moved to another room further away from the front.

All good. House keeping staff superb. Food reasonably good. Spa was not up to date. For a star rated hotel it was below mark. Over all A nice stay.

But rates generally for my visit time were very high. Whilst in Dec Jan the rates were very reasonable.
