The hotel building is massive and is slightly dated. It needs cleaning from outside as avian droppings can be seen everywhere when one looks out of the window. There was an odd mosquito lurking in the room. The bed was very clean and comfortable and so was the toilet. The room service was efficient. Breakfast is very well laid out and young staff tries their best to serve the guests. But probably they need better equipment because the hot water for the tea was not really ‘hot’. And teaspoons on the table don’t hurt. The hotel should make realistic attempt to arrange reasonable car drop to the rail station rather than quoting a price which is ten times that of a normal taxi fare. The reception staff Varun, Diya and Reema were efficient and very helpful and deserve special mention. The staff is doing their best under the circumstances.

I had an exceptional stay at Park Plaza Ludhiana! The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service provided by Vishakha, the Guest Relation Associate. From the moment I checked in, Vishakha went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Vishakha's attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable. She is a credit to the hotel and a key reason why I would recommend Park Plaza Ludhiana to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Vishakha, for making my stay so memorable. The amenities were excellent,they have super big gym with all the equipments,the gym trainner Manpreet was very nice and gentle. swimming area was up to the mark. U can come and enjoy with ur family. Breakfast was also very good with varieties of food. Staff was also quick in services. While check out met with vishakha, taking feedback which makes me more happy to see the hospitality of this property. Must go place if you are visiting ludhiyana!!!

The staff were delightful. The location was great. The food options were adequate and the serving staff were delightful and very attentive.

The glass door on the bathroom is weird and difficult. The switches for the lighting are very confusing. Roller blind on window was broken so we couldn’t see out. Just general maintenance needs attention.

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. We'll definitely be back! Special shout-out to Vishakha, Reema, Shamita, Daljeet, Varun, Suresh and Bobby for their great service.

The stay was comfortable! Room was pretty clean and well set! The staff (special mention for Ms Vishakha, Jashan & Saravjeet) made the check In quick and comfortable with a welcoming smile!

Being an old Property the rooms can be updated with just a few more amenities like Hair Dryer, Dispensers etc.

We checked in late at night, and the staff were accommodating as well. They responded to our room service requests quite promptly. It was a good location with cafes and malls nearby, all within walking distance.

The rooms could have been better ventilated, and maybe offer bigger rooms. The restaurant in the hotel has good but pricey food. Would rather go out along the streets for a meal.
