Beautiful room and clean washroom with hot water in the morning. There was an aviary with parrots and jungle hens just outside our room . The food was excellent esp the buffet breakfast. Very pleasant ambience outside with fragrant flowers in the garden. The staff was very friendly and courteous and provided us extra bedsheet and blankets. Nice arrangements for tea / coffee in the room.

There should be good painting in the reception area which would enliven the area. I would suggest Bijay Biswal’s beautiful works in acrylic.👍 Hopefully next time I come you comply to my request 😊

The ambience was good. Staff was really well disciplined and supportive. Amenities for kids were very good. The in-house activities were excellent.

The room had plenty of mosquitos. Many electrical/mechanical issues had to be sorted out. Most of the time the WiFi provision was substandard and sometimes was not working. A few times there was power outage, and I don't think there was a Backup Gen Set operating. The location is in the outskirts, where local transport is not available for short distance commuting.

the rooms are huge...living room and bedroom can accomodate 5 to 6 people which is permitted.. there are only 4 aviary view rooms where the windows open to the bird park.. it's a unique experience as the birds come up to your windows and the children enjoyed the multiple visits to the aviary. staff are cheerful helpful and nice.. food quality and breakfast spread is good.. swimming pool size is good

it rained and there was water entering the rooms.. there seems to be some leakage on the washroom side. swimming pool water cleanliness can improve

The staff Front Office Manager- Mr. Sagar Khandizod along with the Captain- Mr. Ajay Rajput were extremely helpful and kind. The overall staff demeanor and hospitality was unparalleled. Looking forward to visiting the property again.

The location and the resort is more than i have expected, the pool size is much more bigger than normal pools in other resorts specially the baby pool for kids, also room was really big and breakfast is excellent with lots of verities to eat, also staff was very helpful and strongly recommend to visit with family, price is also very affordable and totaly worth for the property and services the provide.

The property is spacious and has all the amenities .. the staff is very polite .. rooms are clean but need some maintenance for sure ... Food was great ... Breakfast is the highlight 🤌 ... This was my 4th visit to Mystic Valley .. gonna make the 5th one soon ❣️

Overall the resort is very good and our stay was perfect . But very disappointed with the sales team of mystic valley.. refused to help or provide any alternative to an issue which was raise. Expected a good support as there were 2 rooms booked with the family.

The room was big. Big area to explore in the resort. Good Amenities. Very helpful and polite staff. Room service was good. Good Food. Close to Igatpuri station.

Wifi service was somewhat bad.

Property location was great. Had requested for special arrangements which were also done amazingly. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable
