1.Away from hustle and bustle of the city 2.Sound of river flowing right next to it 3.responsive and helpful staff 4.chef was good, hence all ala carte preparations were very good 5. Open green space with lot of outdoor seating, lots of greenery and colors, view of the snow clad mountains 6. Enough facilities to keep the two teens busy 7. Room had all the necessary toiletries and were replenished as and when required 8. All modern amenities were available 9. Awesome book collection

Excellent resort in the lap of nature- Rejuvenating for the mind and soul! The sound of the flowing river Beas, the swaying deodar trees, the chirping of the birds make this place a veritable heaven on earth. Being nature lovers,we loved this place. The best thing here is the impeccable service - Right from the time of check in to check out. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention for going out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The front desk and all the other resort staff were very good too. The USP of this resort is their amazing hospitality. We will return again. Hope they are able to maintain this level of service quality.

The location , the staff , the service . V beautiful property on the banks of Beas . The staff & everybody there was very helpful . We had a problem getting there & the travel desk ( Mr. Ajay ) was able to arrange a car for us late night ! We were there for Republic day & the flag hoisting was done with a lot of respect & dignity . Strongly recommend to all . Special thanks to all at Span , right from the cleaning staff , restaurant , front desk , all superb & prompt in their service .

The toilet has an exhaust which makes the toilet freezing cold. So whenever we needed to go to the toilet we had to layer up !! Still a minor thing considering the beautiful rooms & the wonderful location .

needs a lot of renovations. the spa needs more treatments added the wifi sucks. you should remove FREE WIFI because it isn’t. we need to use our own data.

restaurant was dingy, badly lighted, tacky. the outdoor part of the restaurant was good. there were no doormen to receive or guide before reaching the reception.
