Quality, verities and service of buffet breakfast was very poor, I would like to specify the items they provided, Idli, Sambar, chatni, Paratha, Alu matar, tea, coffee, chicken chap, milk, corn flakes, pudding, water melon, boiled egg and there was a live counter for egg omelets or poach. Number one quality of food was not meet the expectation of a 3 star hotel like Sonar Bangla and certainly with this price range. There were more than 200 guest that day but one live counter didn't sufficient to meet the purpose specially when other foods quality were so bad. In fruits menu only water melon was not expected, there had no fruit juice yet. Overall this complimentary (actually cost included with room rent obviously) breakfast they served deserve 0 out of 10.

After natural disaster it's good come back.because after disaster i was visit ur place.it was horrible.but now so many changes happened and it's look quite good. Room interior is good, facilities and ur ground stuff also doing great job.

Last time when i was visit each room you were provide sleeper but this time i was disappointed regarding this. I don't get it. So if u can implement again this thing then it will good. It's only suggestion.

the place is a good value for money and the food they serve is delicious. my 5 year old can not eat spicy food and when I asked the kitchen staffs to make the food accordingly, they have obliged to our requests and made sure we didn’t face any issues with the food.

the swimming pool for the kids was not cleaned up properly. we saw a lot of dead flies floating around.

The serenity along with the atmosphere and area coverage as this property area is quite spacious and one can feel safe and comfortable inside the property premises

Food quality needs to be improved. Canteen space needs to be improved in terms of serving maximum customer even in terms of rush hours as every customer is important. service staff needs to be more pro active

The rooms were not up to mark as per price charged . Specially the washroom were not that much clean.

Location is the best feature of the property as it’s right on the beach and the beach is nice and clean too. Property is pretty big, with plenty of space for relaxing within the premises with great views.

The standard rooms we stayed in was a bit small. We tried to upgrade, however all bigger rooms were sold out due to it being the weekend. Still, for almost Rs 5000, we would have preferred a slightly bigger room.

Like the staff behaviour, after reporting they change my room from 10 to 15 and that room is better than the first one.

I booked AC Platinum superior room and they allot me Room No. 10 and after 2 hrs suddenly AC stop working. Also Jaquer tap in the bathroom also not functioning smoothly.
