Rooms are good and clean.Location is good.Ultimately good value for money..Facilities are also well maintained. Restaurant is also good.

Staff is not well trained to behave with customers specially front desk staff.They need to be more polite and responsive.It took more than 30min to send my luggage in my room.Breakfast buffet more options can be added.

Excellent variety of foods to pick and mix for breakfast from the buffet. If we were around at lunchtime, there is a very full menu and we found the toasted sandwich which came with chips, a good choice. On our 1st day, we had 16 local Christian guests for a buffet evening dinner for which they reserved suitable tables set together. They also served extensive starters and drinks. We were even able to assemble our various guests together in the entrance lounge welcomed in by the excellent security staff just as if it was our own house prior to ushering them with staff help to the 1st floor dining room. On a rare occasion when we had some time to kill, we were surprised how nice the 2nd floor rooftop pool was.

When having evening meal on our own, only 2 items cost more than the very full buffet. It might be nice to offer a mini buffet as well? At breakfast we were rather aware of being watched and shadowed. I don't like to say this as it was really so good. It's just that we do like our space as well as knowing help is on hand at all times

It is value for money. The mall at walking distance is an advantage. Rooms are compact but clean and well arranged interior. It does the job well for a single person or a two people on short travel. Overall, property facilities are similar to those of premium hotels.

I requested an early check in only 1 hour prior. The reception could not handle 2 people at the same time. My welcome itself was unpleasant. Rooms did not smell fresh. Please include a travel size soap and lotion in vanity. It is necessary! Consider removing the carpet from under the bed in some rooms. It helps people with bronchitis issues as rooms are already compact. Please don't have guests pay on spot for each service. It is very annoying. I am a frequent traveller with a busy schedule. I would like one comprehensive bill at the time of checkout. The stay should be stress free for the guest, not clouded with doubt if payment will come or not.

Everything was at a very pleasant level, from accommodation to service inside. Yes, this is not an international 5-star hotel, but for the money paid it is a very good offer. Nearby there is a supermarket, shopping centers, fast food and restaurants. The distance to the center is an hour, which is not close, but it allows you to see most of the city while you get there. Breakfast's are be more Indian, tasty and spicy. During the time I stayed at this hotel, the staff were constantly helpful with any questions or requests.

There is only one minus - I forgot my favorite perfume in the room (1005), this is the only moment that darkened my stay in this hotel. But that's my forgetfulness, not the hotel's fault.

Great location near a mall and easy to travel as it is off the highway. Good bed and shower - exactly what you need for a business trip!

Felt at home. Excellent behaviour of every single personnel at the property. Great food and must mention services from all departments was truly par excellence. Gracias and reverencia to every single personnel. May the divine's grace be by the side of all and by the side of their loved ones. Am truly humbled and honoured by my stay at this property.

Choice of breakfast was good. Room service was good too.

What I didn't like was that one staff came to my room after serving dinner in my room, and requested for me to fill in the rating form. I was unwell due to pollution and I just wanted to have my warm meal since my throat was paining. But I had to explain to the staff that I was unwell and that I just wanted to eat my meal which was turning cold.

Our booking at the Royal Hometel for 6 days,  7 nights went by smoothly. The room was cozy and comfortable  and the hotel well located with good facilities. The breakfast was good too.

We were concerned for the staff though. We were not sure at first, but by the time we left, we were convinced that all staff from the receptionist to the room maintenance seemed unhappy, and even afraid at times, when interacting with us. It is surely a hard job in hospitality and we hope they are getting paid well and kind customers.

Rooms are cozy has good interior and a good vibe.

The mattress is too soft, and sleeping on it was uncomfortable. A hard mattress would have worked better. Also, TV was working but the setup box had no subscription. It was blank and not working so I connected my laptop and figured out my way for entertainment.

For the price, the hotel excels way above expectation. The breakfast was good with different types to pick from.

At our time of arrival, the receptionist gave us the wrong key to our room. We kept trying to open but it was actually occupied. That was a bit inconvenient.
