We liked the entire landscape, swimming pool, bungalow structures, room, washroom etc. The extra large bed is very comfortable with clean linen. However, one of the two pillows should be a little less thick so that someone like us have a habit of sleeping on a thinner pillow. View of the swimming pool is amazing from our room balcony. All staff behaviour is very polite and helpful.

Although we liked the food quality but some more varieties would have been much appreciated. At this time there are a wide varieties of seasonal vegetables available, but they did not have even had a cauliflower which we wanted to order for the lunch or dinner. There were so many flies in the restaurant especially during the breakfast, we are so scared to have the cut fruits.

A lot. Rooms are better than Sonar Bangla TAKI and property getup is better than Sonar Bangla KOLAGHAT. Very good wifi, even in the room. Facility is new and toilet fittings are top class.

(1) Housekeeping doesn’t carry a checklist. On arrival we found wastebaskets were not cleared. Next day they forgot to provide tea. (2) No conditioner in bathroom. (3) Senior managers shouts loudly on staff in dining hall. (4) Water at canal is dirty and doesn’t have a duck or geese.

We 4 stayed in a duplex room adjacent to the huge pool which is the main attraction of the hotel. It's beautiful, well arranged, clean and people are courteous too. Food was exceptionally great.. we ordered tandoori platter, chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken, brownie with ice-cream - each and every item was beautifully cooked and presented.

The reception area can be a bit air conditioned as it's hot over there.

Food, stay and in house facilities

The common washroom doesn't have hand Dyer or tissues. And no one to assist at the swimming pool for safety. In case some unwanted incident big mistake can happen. Or in time of an emergency there should be an assistant or swimmer.

Was looking for a place to stay near Mayapur to visit the Ishkon mandir. Found this place online. Excellent place to stay, loved every bit of it. The staff were excellent , very helpful and always with a smile on their lips.

Breakfast was average,, plastic tea cups, food charges very high, Timings of the restaurant , breakfast timings...

The property is maintained in an excellent condition. Amenities are adequate. Staffs are very friendly.

Little bit over priced. Better promotional offers can be introduced.

Entry Path to the resort is horrible. Must be paved properly
