Very kind hearted staffs ..management's are so good ...places are clean, well maintained place..there is no disturbance ...very peacefull place...hotel is located near to railwaystation.and beach is located in walkable distance...worth place cor money ...we njoyed our trip well ...

The room was comfortable and the location was very close to the railway station and bus stand. The sunrise from the terrace is beautiful. They don't provide any food but there are many eateries nearby. Mr. John was very helpful and provided good guidance on sightseeing and travel.

Housekeeping could be better. They provide blankets but no extra bedsheets. And the blanket did not seem clean. So we had to request and then got just a single bedsheet.

The staff was all really good and helpful in any situation we were. Where to go and what you will see and get. I hope to come and stay when ever i come to visit kanyakumari. Shout out especially to Mr.John who is the manager of the hotel. Very polite and great full. Fast check in and check out.

Location is very near to Kanyakumari Railway Station. Easily locatable. Places like Sunrise Point , Vivekananda Rock Memorial , Kanyakumari Devi Temple, View Tower etc. are within 1 km. of this hotel. The hotel staff was very cooperative. The hotel accepts money through UPI too, which is very convenient for tourists.

Room has a TV and cable connection but pay channels are not subscribed and we are able to watch FTA channels only. Beware of mosquitoes as they may accompany you during your sleep.

Everything was really good about this Hotel. The location, the amenities, the staff, etc. The room was very good and take rest and also to relax with some entertainment. Very close to multiple tourist attractions within Kanyakumari.

The availability of hot water was dependent on the times, as the facility uses Solar Water heater. This is not a major issue for me, but my aged parents needed that. The hotel staff did all they could, to get us Hot water, outside of the solar time.

Location of Hotel New Cape is just infront of railway station, and at a walkable distance to bus stand. The location makes it a ideal place to stay as everything is at a walkable distance.

Nearest to railway station. Clean and nice rooms. Good behavior of staffs. They arranged a cab on request.

Mr. Muthukrishnan was very courteous and indeed helpful. Thanks to him for all the help and being attentive to my family. Good sunrise view from the hotel terrace.
