I stayed at Ginger Hotel for a night and I am quite satisfied with the room, service and food. Its only 5 mins drive from Nagpur airport so it was very convenient for me. I checked-in very late at night and the reception staff were very quick with the check-in formalities. The room was of the perfect size facing the main road but there was no noise pollution. The room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable & I had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious, not a big spread but just about right. The staff was very cordial and sweet. Overall my experience was good and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing to complain.

The restaurant and it's every staff reetika kiran tabita devjyoti rajat snigdho arindom rajesh the names I could remember. The ambience was great so was the hospitality. Food that we had were quite tasty. The best thing is the hotel seems fresh and young with so many young boys and girls right from reception to restaurant. It seems the property is under construction but whatever is available now is quite pleasant.

As iI said it seems to be under construction so lot of things has to fall in line with Taj legacy. There are some contraints I believe but I am sure in coming times it would be a great experience. There is nothing in particular that I dint like. I wish them all success.

The spread was good and the staff courteous. My wife had a sprained ankle, and when the staff noticed her in discomfort, they brought all the refills and seconds directly on her table.

Size of the bathroom was small. When one showers, the water spills over to the adjacent wash basin area. Reception front desk area at the ground floor has no wash room / toilet. (At least its not marked)

It is a perfect spot if you have an early flight or if you are looking for something closer to the airport. The property has a good staff and breakfast too. They also had plant based milk for vegans, which was definitely a big plus ! Overall a good stay and experience.

The room doors could be better insulated for sound.

It’s brand new and location is great . The food was good , the f&b staff were very accommodating . We took the buffet and found the spread inadequate , on letting them know they made extra starters and apologised as the menu was too sparse and promised to curate soon . Thumbs up to right attitude 👍

Felt price charged was tad too much for a budget business hotel

They gave us a free upgrade to the executive room. It was huge and very comfortable. Hot water was instantaneous, and the pressure was extremely good. Being super close to airport makes it very convenient. Breakfast was nice as well. Chai was sugerfree and you can add it as per your needs.

Location, cleanliness and helpful staff.

Food was bad. Had breakfast on 27 th and the experience was not good.. disappointing. Uniformly, all the items were bad. Fruits, juices, pooris, gravy including the cappuccino in the CCD machine.

Great location. Very close to the airport. Plenty of dining options around the property. Excellent staff. Spacious rooms. Great value for money.

Breakfast.. not very tasty.. especially idli and Upma. Even omelettes weren’t too great

Rooms were very good. Nice and clean accommodations & a good lobby. Very helpful and kind staff.Good service. Breakfast with nice variety. Highly recommendable hotel.

A la carte menu is limited,As is the case with all Ginger properties. Food taste was good,But scope for improvement.

Staff were great. Specially in the restaurant. Bed was comfortable.

Cleanliness could be improved specially in the bathroom. There were stains in walls and shower floor. Amenities were good.
