I don't usually bother to write reviews on hotels and have stayed in many indian hotels in the past, but I had such a good stay over 8 nights at the Tuli I just feel I should share my experience. My room accomodation was spacious and comfortable with every facility you might expect. The hotel interior generally - a real experience, this hotel is beautiful! A roof pool was great for a swim. I would certainly stay there again next time I am in Nagpur. The memorable thing for me was the level of service in Tuli Imperial - it was outstanding. All staff were extremely caring, professional and helpful, way beyond any expectations I had before staying. The food was freshly cooked by a team of chefs and was superb with a wide selection of top rate Indian dishes as well as international alternatives available throughout the day and evening - and including a terrific Breakfast. Restaurant Managers Harsh Argarwal and Sudhir Tarare looked after our every need and a big thankyou to them both, so professional. Front of house service was also top notch and my thanks to Ankita Pol for looking after us so well and ensuring our stay was hassle free and offering invaluable local knowledge for getting around and about.

Not the cheapest hotel in Nagpur but absolutely worth it.

Good location with friendly staff. They were consistently helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome, especially the housekeeping team.

I experienced an awkward moment when the 2 Bell boys requested tips upon check-in after being escorted to the room. I didn't have INR, but one of the bell boys replied that they accept foreign currency. I didn't feel comfortable at all.

I had requested for delay departure and asked that if any extra charges for delay departure on next day, I was informed through massage and mail that my request has been accepted and there will be no extra charges for late departure. But at the desk, Extra charges - 50% of room rent have been charged for said service. Because my scheduled departure was at 5.00 pm , so I did not argued and paid said extra amount.

The couldn’t manage a proper early checkin. I was in the hotel early because of flight limitations from Mumbai. But I waited almost 1.5 -2 hours before I could get a room. Also the AC wasn’t working and no HOT water

Well maintained artifacts, wonderful architecture and incredibly kind and attentive staff. The F&B staff and the housekeeping staff were on their toes at all times for any requirements. A perfect getaway or destination wedding location.

- Could have more vegan food options - It can get a little noisy with the children running around

Overall good quality hotel. Comfort +. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel has grandeur. The staff was courteous and helpful. Central location very convenient to the city centre. You are happy to share with friends that you have stayed at this hotel.

The shower water was cold on arrival (Ok we arrived very late at 01:30 in morning due to a late flight). They warmed it after request however, could have done so pre-emptively. The room we were given needed some finer updating however, we were told the hotel was full and this was the last room. It didn't matter much at the end.

Tuli is a great choice. Old world meets modern amenities. The staff is extremely courteous. The breakfast spread is excellent and wide variety. room size is decent and a great place to stay in Nagpur.
