Amazing staff. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Super kind, especially the manager and the receptionist. we had a few problems with a tailor and they communicated with them and sorted it all out. 10/10 for customer service.

Rooms with a balcony had a huge balcony and overlooking the courtyard. Good hotel, The location and the rooms are good. It was a nice stay, courteous staff, good ambience.

No facility is given to guest even a single water bottle and ask to pay more than MRP. Also asked to pay more than booking amount. Basic infra is not aviliable very bad expercience while stayed at this hotel

Lack of following things:- 1. No cupboard or hanger in room 2. No mirror 3. Washroom flush was not working 4. Nuisance due to mosquitoes and no all out liquid or mosquito coil provided. 5. No politeness among staff
