We LOVED staying here. The rooms, service and location is excellent. While it's not 5 star, it is very clean, well appointed and an excellent mid range hotel for Nagpur. Vishal the Manager is excellent, and Krishna, the service man was very helpful each day. A delicious breakfast each day is also included. Also, has excellent air conditioning!

At times it was a little noisy, but this was mainly due to the festival time.

The location is very convenient for the railway station so naturally is in a very bustling area with considerable noise outside. Room size OK but not huge. Bathroom and shower were fine, a/c worked well once system worked out. Staff happy to keep a bog for our return. Lots of cricket symbols and pictures which makes it pleasantly quirky. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed.

Not a lot really. Visitors need to be aware there will be outside noise until late evening and as with other Indian cities there will be periodic dog howling

I could not pay my bill at the end of my stay using my card so had to pay by cash. When booking the hotel was told to pay at the hotel then got emails to say pay up front they also said please give No information about payment , so confusing was it booked or not. Then had to pay 50% upfront. After ask the manager of the hotel, he was so hopefully Booking .com need to look into this please.

The lovely photographs of different cricketers from all era was a great watch. The cricket ball for a lounge table, a small bat as a handle for the main doors downstairs, the style of room numbers..everything was a sight to behold, great experience. The waiter Krishna is one person i Think this hotel should cherish. Good person n very helpful. Breakfast was very good..good variety..maybe there could have been different fruits at the buffet counter instead of just papaya n banana.

There seem to be a shortage of waiters. Only one boy Krishna was very very helpful, running around for the smallest things. This lead to some extra waiting time, particularly during breakfast on 2 mornings. We had to request for water, salt, cut lemons etc repeatedly.

Excellent location. About 400M from train station. Plenty around. Fantastic Biryani place next door. Comfy room with warm to hot shower (takes a while to come through). Stayed here again on our return to Nagpur. Staff were great.

Strange situation where they ask for payment before we get there. But the payment link doesn't work with our Visa/Mastercard. So when we got there our room had been cancelled. I would prefer the option to pay upfront when booking with Booking.com. Then I know its done.

The room and the way the hotel was maintained were quite good. The staff was courteous and reliable and the food was simple and tasty.

The fridge in our room was not working. We informed the staff about it, they even replaced the fridge with another one from another room, but it still wouldn't work. I guess the power supply point may be damaged and needs to be checked. More variety of vegetables can be offered in veg thali.

Especially the front desk staff Miss Anuradha guide very well, c know how to handle the customer with a good gesture. The one more person Rahul was a good person.over all my experience was fantastic with this hotel .

The property is well maintained. Very close to the railway station, Staff of the hotel is very good and go out of their way to ensure the guests have a pleasent stay. Right from the people at the reception, housekeeping kitchen to others ,every person were super helpful. I don’t remember all names - Bhumick was one of the staff members.Great job by entire team. Definitely visiting this hotel when I visit next.

Proximity to the railway station, polite and friendly staff and a wonderful treat for cricket lovers. Despite being close to the station, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful at night.

Fruit juice was not served as it is served in other hotels in the breakfast. Location is good.

Toiletries should be provided to each person in the room, also Towels & water bottles to be provided per person.
