I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was generally friendly. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge for item from the minibar that I did not use. The hotel insisted that the seal was broken, so I had to pay the cost, even though I was certain I hadn’t consumed. This left a sour note on an otherwise good stay. I would advise future guests to double-check the minibar upon check-in to avoid similar issues.

Everything. The staff were super helpful and courteous. I lost my wallet while traveling from the hotel to the nearby mall and the staff were super helpful and helping in searching for it and then subsequently they helped me in filing a report with the nearest police station. Fitness centre could be better. Need better maintenance and equipments

i Didn't expect the quality of stay to be such a level considering the price of the stay. the room the clean the products provided were excellent and the beddings were relaxing. The location of the hotel is 10minute walk from the sector 18 market.

the breakfast, product quality provided, the staff behavior and the location. Over all the stay was pleasent. I had to extend the check out by an hour. which was coardially accepted by the staff. I was late for th breakfast however the staff supported fully to ensure I am served upto the expectation.

I liked the food. The breakfast was wholesome with different options. All of them made as per their regional standards. Had such tasty South Indian food out of South India in a long time. Options were different everyday so there were plenty of ways to tickle your taste buds. In room dining options were equally great and tasty. It was on the expensive side but well worth the price. Tandoori shrimp and chilly chicken were especially delicious. The location is great if you want to reach important places quickly but middle of sector 27 is not particularly great if you want to look out the window and relax. Don't expect a serene sunset view while sipping whiskey in the evening. But if you're traveling for business you won't have the time to look out the window anyway.

I think cleanliness could have been better. I saw plates left behind on the corridor. Not a pleasant view in the morning. There were mosquitoes in the rooms which we had to get rid of. The trash can in the bathroom was not working. The shower room's door was awkwardly placed making difficult to get in and out and close the door from inside. Making it open outside would have solved the issue.

Hotel location, Facilities and a few staff members are really nice. food was awsome.

Personally I did not like one of your reception member's attitude towards my complaints, like the door chain lock was not proper and room telecom was not working and I got my dinner after an hour, I had to call twice to remind them of my food.

Excellent Layout. Very satisfying under the watchful supervision of Chef Sunil who personally greets every guest. Service by Ms Charu was cordial and very personal. Overall a great breakfasting experience.

Toilet fittings need change. Not that they are not functional but they still need change, The wash basin tap did not open fully. The flush system is also not very effective. Shower change over lever was also partially functional. This is reporting for Room No 105. No Smoking Zone is also not implemented effectively.

Nice service and coperate staff and seniors or managers and food is very nice , restaurant staff also very good and chef very nice taste. 24*7 coperate staff and services

Ac is very slow cooling not quick chilling for room

Breakfast Buffet was excellent; Variety of food and was delicious. Staff was polite and cordial. Room was clean and properly maintained.

Property has a very positive ambience . All the management were also very nice.

Bathrooms must have bath tubs if a guest pays almost 8000/- per night.

lot of noise since early morning . waking u from sleep. No guest allowed in the room after 8pm Food menu should have more items
