Well, property is at nice location, stay was better as staff was cooperative specially the restaurant staff Muzambil, Hemant who were prompt in service. And Monu was quite professional as we knew sign language, he was glad to meet us and we were too glad to connect with Monu specially. House Keeping staff Ganga has been excellent in service n he ensured rooms were clean at all times. I guess Hamid has ensured the team is Up running professionally. At reception, sibli was the guy along with a girl from east india, very profeasional to welcome n address all request.

Nothing as such as we were on business trip, our demands were less.

'The hotel staff': genuinely understanding, polite, and helpful. The staff is very considerate and made our stay much more comfortable. I would particularly like to thank Mushtaq Ji, Hemant Ji, Namita Ji, and Pinto Ji. The breakfast buffet at this place is simply great! There are a lot of options to choose from, and they also have direct from the kitchen menu available. The room was clean and had amenities like coffee/tea arrangements, mini fridge, TV, AC, etc. The hotel is at a convenient location and has a lot of food options nearby as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to give a special mention to Hemant for making the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Hemant was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. What stood out most was Hemant, Aman, Rana and Pintu professionalism and genuine care for the guests. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he handled everything with a smile and great efficiency.

The breakfast was excellent and good value.The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Shahnawaz and Hemant were wonderful, very courteous and caring as how they treat their guests. They continuously kept on asking me if I want to try some items in the food that they can get from the kitchen to meet my tastes. I found all other staff members also who were also very polite and professional. The property was very clean. The room was a bit small but good value for the money. I wish they keep some slippers in the room. even though my check-in was very late like 3.00 AM, howver, the reception was open and my check-in was handled very professionally.

The neighborhood was not very clean. The other part I did not like was that there were no slippers in the room. In the amenities, I wish they have some body lotion. I found out that I should have asked and that could have provided that. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.

The support at the front desk was excellent. Everyday they inquire about well-being, which I liked most. The staff at the breakfast table were excellent and well behaved. In fact they asked about the suitable taste and flavour before serving. Staff like Hemant Kumar, Amit and many others made me feel at home like environment.

I liked it very much. Maybe they should be more active to receive our phone enquiry while booking the hotel online.

From the moment we were seated, the dining staff made us feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality was a highlight of our stay, as was the delicious food. I was so impressed with the hospitality of the dining team especially Mr. Hemant and Mr. Aman . Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I was very grateful that Mr. Hemant packed breakfast for my early morning check-out.

My experience at Ginger was truly exceptional. Welcoming hotel staff, in fact every aspect of my stay was remarkable. The breakfast service was exquisite, featuring fresh, carefully prepared selections that made each morning a delightful experience.

There are two buildings. Which one is booked not confirmed at the time of booking. On arrival were u have been give stay was not that good.

Staff here are good. Breakfast was also good. But not as per other branches if Ginger. Hemant, Pintu and Amit are good people

The staff at the hotel are extremely nice. The person who checked in Ali was nice. I had issues with billing and two employees Surbala and Chinneihai helped a lot especially Surbala very welcoming person went out of her way to help me.

At the restaurant...the names of two guys are worth mentioning for their service level...Hemant and Shanewaz...others were good as well.
