The staff were super friendly and very helpful

The bathroom was dirty and the hot shower didn’t work properly. I thought the location wasn’t good for eating and it was really noisy

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was moist and mouldy. The bed sheets were damp, it was freezing and there is no heating. So much mould in the bathroom. Location not very good.

The location, maybe? But still maybe not worth it??

This place STINKS of mould, it’s dirty and old and the beds are so old they feel like they are colapsing under you. I’ve never written a review like this but I have to make it in hopes that the tour companies that have partnerships with this place (there are multiple) find a new hotel. I know there are little options in Karol Bagh but this is seriously a health hazard! I can’t believe how expensive it is for what you get. Do NOT stay here if you have any mould allergies or asthma. Hoping that the photos speak for themselves. The room stunk so badly of mould I couldn’t get to sleep! On top of that, The staff are invasive and unfriendly. The first night i was to pay for water when I was to check out, the next we had them at our door then coming RIGHT into our rooms asking for the money for the water (water we got at reception earlier, not sure why they didn’t ask for the money then) I know it’s A petty little thing but the weird invasive ness of them coming to our door then when we open (standing at the door) they walk right inside to (a female room too) asking for us to pay was so weird! Just wait at the door!

Overpriced, not clean and didn’t find staff kind or helpful. Staff were also unaware of my booking and meant it took a very long time to check in when it was very late and I was tired from travelling.

Nothing. Maybe the location… but that‘s not worth it.

Very dirty. Mold infested. Not possible to pay by credit card. Unfriendly staff. The location may be good but you pay for it with sleepless nights becaus of the street noise.
