Staff was extremely helpful and provided me a complimentary early check in. They always greeted us with a smile and were readily available. Facilities were easily accessible via app and calls were answered immediately for all services even at late nights. We were provided the best room with an awesome view. Food was really great and quantity was sufficient for two. Drinking water was available 24x7 in glass bottles. Dialling numbers for services was easy as the phone had icons related to the various services. The room and the entire hotel was hygienic including the lobby washrooms. Highly recommended for families and couples.

The hotel is located a little interior from the main road with less lighting midway. That made it a little unsafe at night.

Definitely a good pick if you want a balance between luxury and convenience. Though some metro work is happening so entry is bit hard to find. Room (4/5): The rooms were spacious and had big windows with a great view. Comfortable and clean—everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. Service (5/5): The staff was fantastic. Really supportive and made sure everything was taken care of. They were always around to help, which made the stay even better. Breakfast / Food (5/5): The food was delicious! Breakfast had a lot of options, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. Overall, the food and dining experience here is really solid. Ambience (5/5): The hotel's ambience is just beautiful—super relaxing and well-kept. Loved spending time at the gym, spa, and pool. It’s definitely a place you can unwind and enjoy.

The hotel was great and very comfortable. The receptionist during our stay, Anushi was very kind, sweet and approachable, and even offered us a complimentary upgrade due to room inconveniences - we were happy with her and the rest of the staff - they even prepared a little cake during the morning breakfast for a birthday in our family and helped celebrate - thus overall very happy with the staff. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable and most little needs were covered. Overall, a very good and memorable stay.

Rooms should be a bit bigger, there should be more options for family, there was a lot of extra space that could've been used to add a mini bed or mattress on its own

The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and well appointed. A well maintained facility with efficient and helpful staff.

The restaurants can't be accessed thru the same lifts as the rooms, so one has to come all the way to the reception to take another set of elevators to reach any of the other hotel amenities, which is a bit of hassle. Access was a bit difficult due to ongoing construction work on the main road leading to the property which was a bit of a hassle to navigate late at night.

Breakfast was good on all days.

The variety of food items served were a bit less and could have been more tastier. The staff in the pantry should be more courteous and polite. For a person who had entered the dining area half an hour ago, shouldn't have been told, that he has to finish the breakfast and leave the area by 10:30 am. They started removing the items served before time, which gave a very bad impression. Timings of breakfast for marriage parties bookings should be in a separate area and with slightly given more timings.

Breakfast was ok ok... room was good. Bell boy service was good Car hired from the hotel was excellent with a good behaved and informed driver who take care of us in soaring heat.

but the bathroom door was not perfectly closing thus water used to come out when you take bath. Staff was not equipped with information and slow in response for request made. Booking.com we have another issue of breakfast not getting included although we select inclusive breakfast rooms.

I stayed for 2 nights at the property it was a lovely stay the staff was very good as per my request they helped my with the top floor my room 1211 was completely as per my need the front office staff neetu was so good in her work really appreciated that and i would like to mention the housekeeping staff harish kothari and vivek kumar for making my stay memorable they both were so good they during my stay they make sure my room is ready and cleaned when ever i leave for work they rearranged my room which i lover and really appreciate and i like to mention the lady staff at the gate she always greated me with a smile on her face and with a sweet tone toh greetings though i don’t remember the names but the restaurant staff always helped with my needs and with my food really appreciated the hard work of every single member for making my stay remembering except the lift take too long to go to 12th floor that was tiring 😂 just kidding and i will make surer when ever i vist west delhi radisson is my first choice

The area is quaint and quiet. Most of the staff is very helpful. They have a tour service which allows you to book trips to monuments through them and they provide the transport & toll fees, for an extra charge of course; we didn't take it but the convenience of that option was pretty sweet.

The staff would have a few racist moments (we are black), or perhaps it's culture shock? There were a few sexist moments too where they would not assist if I (f) was the one asking for assistance versus when it was my partner (m) asking. They also wouldn't let us in the pool with swimming shorts, said a speedo was needed, but other people were allowed in with shorts, I found that a bit odd.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading my stay with the suite. - Suites are very spacious, it basically has a proper living room followed by the bedroom. - AC was working well. - Bright room when you turn ON lights.

- Doors could have been improved. - The main door does not come with isolation, small kids were screaming midnight and we were able to hear them from our bedroom. - The bath tub could have been cleaned. - Trashcans inside the small toilet were making too much noise on opening and close. - No good view from the window. - The location of the hotel is a bit tricky, you need to know your way.

The hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities one would require. The room was spacious, and Pawan from room services was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and the room was clean.

The only thing was the mini bar was not restocked unless we asked.
