The breakfast and dinner buffets were truly impressive, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Ankit for his proactive approach. The housekeeping staff was efficient, and the hotel's thoughtful Diwali celebration was a nice touch. The reception staff was very accommodating, quickly changing our room to one with a roadside view. They also promptly replaced the non-functioning minibar fridge. Overall, our stay was excellent.

While we appreciate their quick action on the minibar fridge, it would be helpful if the hotel could proactively check room amenities before guest arrival. Though my daughter enjoyed the spa experience, I could not experience the spa as it was closed on Diwali, despite my prior inquiry and time fixing, which was a minor disappointment.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Sohna from 21st to 22nd June. Huge thanks to the team for the thoughtful room arrangements – the cake, flowers, and towel swans were a lovely surprise. Special appreciation to Miss Komal at reception for her kind assistance, and to Trainee Mohit and Yatin for their dedication and excellent service in the restaurant and bar. Your efforts truly made my stay memorable. Looking forward to visiting again!

The food selection at this Radisson buffet was notably less diverse than at other Radisson locations.

I loved everything about this hotel from check in to checkout. Even before check in the quick response I got from Anita about my room preferences and then after check in it was exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms and quick service s that impressed me a lot. I highly recommend this hotel for exam aspirants as there is no disturbance of any sort. Food was delicious with lot of variety. Nice gym and cheerful staff specially Ankit and riju.

Every experience I had was above average as compared to rest of hotels.

the location was good. staff were very nice and helpful. food in the restaurant was very good and priced right.

in the room I stayed the walls were peeling. the AC had issues which had to be fixed after my complaint. the room size I felt is small. all the star hotels bath has a common problem i.e. in the bath area there are no stools to sit and being a 64 old ap person how do I reach my leg to apply soap. yes, I didn't ask for one here but in other places normally I get a negative reply.

Mr.Kapil from the Front Office was extremely helpful in the initial reservation process and genuinely made our stay enjoyable. And, Mr. Shriyank made sure that we were provided with all amenities and constantly enquired about our comfort. Very supportive and courteous staff.

Minor inconveniences only - but mentioning them for improvement. The room air-conditioning system was a bit noisy, but it was working well. Buffet dinner - The food was nice but would have been great if all items were hot (despite the hot plate system, some of the food items were just Luke warm).

This is a very good business hotel but it also has a wonderful soul which comes from the fantastic staff. Some organisations have a beautiful team spirit and this hotel is one of them. I kept extending because of work and ended up staying for almost two weeks I have lost the names of the people I wanted to mention but the reception staff, the restaurant staff and the young women working at welcoming people in the lobby, were really delightful and caring people. I recommend this hotel with great enthusiasm.

The staff was absolutely excellent or for long trip from Agra. They really made me feel comfortable. The rooms are a great temperature very clean. Everything was very easy. I didn’t have to worry about asking for things. Everything is already available.

Not a big fan of the location, but I’m afraid in the whole of Delhi it is what it is

good choice for breakfast. All staff very courteous and helpful .Restaurant , namely Anjuli , Mary and Josi . The room staff namely Rashid was very good and efficient . Aneeta at reception was very helpful and friendly .

Although the dinner buffet was good .We were very disappointed that they only served chicken and fish ,After 4 days , still no meat .If this is supposed to be an international hotel , more choice necessary . We were surprised that some guests were too informally dressed for a public restaurant ie arriving for breakfast in sleep wear .Some standards need to be upheld. Some hotels have a dress code .

Location for those visiting for both work and leisure is great as it's located right next to all major offices and malls. Check in was a fast and a big thanks to the friendly front office staff to have allowed us to check in an hour earlier as we had a 8 month old with us. Food at cafe central was delicious and staff at the restaurant was really helpful. Room was nice and well appointed. Enjoyed an hour at the pool and the whole premises was kept really tidy and clean.

Pleasant experience. No fuss. Got what I asked for: Early check in - whatever was possible for them they did! Quiet room - yes! Nice buffet dinner - yes! Excellent breakfast buffet - yes! Helpful and polite staff - yes!
